Decided to give them a try for the first time and this is how I received my food onions RAW , mushrooms not sautéed. Cheese not melted. Only thing I could taste was the loads of raw onions , which were both diced and julienne , never in my life have I had a sub so bad. Half the bread was soggy while the other half was hard … when I called back up there I was told by the manager Ben that it must have been because they were RUSHING. like whatttttt ?!!!???? Long story short don’t waist your money

Ordered from here late on a Saturday. Order never showed up. Called the store only to be told there were no delivery drivers so they “gave it to a Doordasher” when we ordered through the website. Doordasher either had him/herself a great meal or delivered to the wrong home. Store says sorry nothing we can do when they are completely at fault for not alerting us there were no delivery drivers. Quick call would have allowed us to either cancel the order or go pick it up. Needless to say we are out of our money because neither DoorDash or Marco’s will refund our money. Marco’s I would think you would have tried to make things work/right but even the manager had an attitude. Sad the days of good, appropriate customer service are gone. Will not order from here anymore. Only Pizza Hut, Hingry Howie’s or Papa John’s for us!

The place looked dirty they were not listening to me when I tried to place my order getting it wrong 3 times and one of the employees didn't wash there hands when they went to the bathroom and the pizza was far more greasy then any other ones iv had poor attitude no greeting and the front person acted like it was an inconvenience to take my order

Ordered a small garden pizza, added extra sauce, ground beef, jalapeños. Carry out. Pizza was ready on time as promised. The guy working, I didn't catch his name but very friendly and great service. Got back to the office and opened the box, the pizza looked awesome and tasted great. The only thing it didn't seem to have double sauce. Not a deal breaker for me. I believe I've found my new pizza go to place. Highly recommended!

I thought about calling in, but it seems the Manager was on duty and he was well aware what was going on. I came in with my son to order. We were ordering for our family that came in from out of State, so we definitely had to make sure we had it right for those that were ordering, so we had to make a call back to the house. No one was in line it was not busy, so when the guy asked if my son was ready to order it seems as there was a problem because he or I was not ready. I noticed the attitude change, the stares, the frustration, and the hand Gestures ? towards my son (not so much me) , so Me being a mom I didn't address it, because I didn't want any problems. My point of making this post is, you NEVER know who walks in your establishment nor what they do and when you show signs of being irritated in a CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB, Then maybe you need to Check ✔️ yourself when dealing with Customers or Find a fitting job for you that you don'thave to deal with the public. The way you handled it was Not okay. This situation could have turned out bad, but I said nothing and still was polite and we left, don't worry I do not Plan on bringing my money or family back to this establishment since we seemed to frustrate you all. Was very upset about the pizza I received. Have never had a pizza cut this way, one half was completely crust, one half had so many toppings it fell apart when it was picked up. I probably won't order again. I didn't want to mess up the rating and couldn't message privately. Normally very delicious.
