The pizza makers here are amazing they give the kids dough and encourage them to watch them make pizzas. It makes dining at this place a whole experience! Food is always yummy. I wish they wouldn't charge for ranch because I love ranch and we typically spend a good amount of money here so I feel like they make plenty without having to charge for ranch.

Well I won't be coming back here. I got a slice of pizza and I was not allowed to add sausage or any type of additional toppings to my slice since it was after 4pm. To me that's not cool. So no sausage no tip. Also for it being a Friday night it was completely empty.

The employees were really nice and our order was ready on time, but I won't be coming back as the food wasn't particularly good. The food was hot and the portions were generous, but it really just wasn't good Italian food. I got the lasgna and my husband got the chicken parmesan. There really wasn't much flavor. The rolls were dried out. The toasted ravioli was overcooked. It satisfied our hunger, but it wasn't something that I would repeat.

I ordered a cheese pizza online, and just changed the size. I pick it up to find no cheese. They claimed I ordered no cheese. It's a pizza! They kept arguing that I ordered no cheese. I didn't get a refund either.
Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with mushroom and cheese only, mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms on Door Dash for $42. My food came and the Philly had onions and peppers on it, which I asked to not have due the fact I’m allergic to onions I could not even eat it. I called and spoke with the Manager who said that’s the way the ticket came out, I stated I only ordered cheese and mushrooms. He said he sees that on the order now but that’s not what the ticket said. I told him I couldn’t eat it, he said I could come get a new one. I didn’t drive there to begin with and I’m definitely not driving out to get a new sandwich. I asked if he could just return my money for the sandwich and he refused, he could only make a new one. I will not be back, I hate you would lose a customer over a $12 sandwich.

This place has gone downhill in a big way. I used to eat there all the time. I tried one more time and got the same obnoxious girl at the register when I went to put in my order. There was a sign without specifics that stated a bunch of nonsense about surcharges. I asked how much these would be. I asked “like a dollar?” She said “maybe”Then I said “five?” She said “probably”I then asked if it could be $20. She said, “Maybe”I just walked out and haven’t been back in months.

The pizza and calzones are excellent here! The dining room is always clean and usually pretty quiet. It's an easy and quick place to eat that is reasonably priced. They also have cannolis which are a perfect dessert after pizza! The one time I had a problem with something I ordered they fixed it quickly and offered to give me a gift card for next time. Excellent customer service!
