Around 6pm today, one of the employees stepped outside for his smoke break and was blowing smoke right into the faces of customers who were entering or leaving the shop. You couldn't make this up lol.

Don't spend your money there , terrible food service , I don't recommend this place, is socks , it takes more than 30 minutes for my order , very poor service, I will never coming back to this place

Stopped in to get a hamburger. Was refused service because of staffing issues and the person at the counter "only served ice cream". There was no notice or anything stating the fact. Will not be returning

Yes I had lunch at this establishment I do enjoy the food the hospitality and the respectful mannerism that is displayed whenever I visited the wonder establishment, Mayberry restaurant is one of the more affordable eateries downtown in WSNC also the other locations in WSNC. They are the best. As a matter of fact let me cut this conversation short and go to Mayberry Ice Cream for some delicious hots dogs and hot fresh French fries and ice cream. I've been going off and on to Mayberry's since they opened this location and have always enjoyed their lunch prices and portions. The Ice cream however is always slightly freezer burned and tastes off. Great service and good atmosphere for a general lunch and dinner place.

We were the only people in there and it took was over 5 mins to make a milkshake.
Great prices, I would say the shake was average. I did like that they used real bananas in the milk shake. There was a lot of ice left in the shake.

Great service. Was prompt and kind. I sat down and ate my ice cream inside not realizing it was near closing for them and wasn't rushed to get out or finish. They have two scoop Tuesdays during the summer. You get any two scoops for $4, which is the price of one scoop normally.

The outdoor tables were locked up so 4 stars for this visit. Probably would have gotten 2 yummy ice creams if we could have sat outside!

Horrible experience. I used to be a regular customer here. I ordered, and I didn't receive my order for 20 mins. I went back to ask about my order, but the gentleman with eyeglasses was rude and aggressive by saying I didn't take your order. I told him I understand, but one of the ladies took it, and you all work together. He was defensive; when I asked to cancel the order, he told me, “You didn't pay for your order,” until I showed him the transaction on my phone. Very rude, no respect, and I'll never be back again to get my favorite hot fudge cake. Customer service should be better.
