Walked in on a Sunday at lunch time so it was busy but I ordered fast and waited for my food for maybe 2 minutes. The cooks in the back were truly cooking because our food was the perfect temperature and flavor. The employee bringing our food to our table was fast and friendly. It got busy and they were still putting out orders efficiently. Probably the best McAlister’s I’ve been to! If I could give 10 stars I would! (I would’ve added a picture but the food was so good, the picture would just be crumbs on a plate)

Overpriced basic food. Got the loaded nachos and was given a box of tortilla chips and a pathetic excuse for toppings. The meat was a few little pieces in a bowl of broth.

Place was clean, no one in line but my lunch took over 20 min for one sandwhich, came out semi cold and it doesn't taste all that good. Mac N Cheese tasted like it came out of a heated plastic bag.Same price as Jersey Mikes, both places have the same amount of staff but im in and out of jersey mikes in 5 min usually and im telling them what i want on in it unlike this place.Would not recommend based on wait time, price and taste.

I dislike the new employees from this location they don’t want to attend people, give dirty looks to the customers, and the new employees don’t put the sign as “CLOSED” when they don’t want to attend people a 5-14 minutes before they close even if it’s from the cold menu?.

Whenever me and my partner are on this side of town we stop at McAlister's! Their baked potatoes are HUGE and fantastic, I love the broccoli cheddar soup, and their ice tea and lemonade.Service usually very prompt, but if there is going to be a wait they always warn you.We've always had a great experience no matter if we eat in or if we get our food to go.Dietary restrictions: Since I can't have gluten I always go with a baked potato. They have so many options for what you can put on it, it's great!

Finally came here with my son. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. I really liked their menu options, so much more than just sandwiches. My son got the spicy Italian sub and I opted for something healthier. I ordered the veggie spud with cheese. IT WAS HUGE! It literally was two massive potatoes end to end and it was delicious. So definitely enough for two people. I had to take the other half home. My son said he had better but I'd like to come back and try some of their other menu items.

Ate here on a Saturday night at about 8pn. There was only one other party eating here. The manager proceeded to take the cashier/server into the office and yell at her loud enough for us to hear in the dining area. The cashier/server was doing a fine job.
