Went to order Shrimp and broccoli, and general tso chicken today. I was disappointed after getting the shrimp and broccoli. Got home and I had 4 pieces of shrimp with a lot of broccoli. The cost for the meal didn't equal up to the amount of food.the general tso was ok it was enough for the money. However If I wanted only broccoli and rice I would have just ordered veggies. Atmosphere was sad. To many homeless, drug addicts,or dope boys hanging in front of the store. Smelled like weed walking through the door.

The best Chinese food in Winston hands down. But all of the begging and cat calling before I can get inside to pick up my food is horrible. Why is this a hang out for mentally disturbed people? Not a good atmosphere for such good food.

It is one of my Chinese restaurant, and some of my favorite food that makes me return is their signature food for me, which is the Curry Shrimp and Egg Drop Soup, Everything was very delicious. The service was friendly and prompt.

Wings and Rice dinner was cold and hard.No evidence of freshness, which made dinner less than appetizing. This place was not my personal choice for dinner and I felt obligated to eat the food without complaining to my family member who treated me.

This place has its hit-and-miss moments for me. ??‍♀️Although their chicken wings are delicious ?, I was very let down by their shrimp egg foo young. There was a distinct cigarette-soot flavor to the gravy.I would have preferred three egg patties, as mentioned in the entrée, but the combination platter only has two. ? The order taker/cashier at the front suggested the combination platter to me because I wanted plain lo-mein noodles ? instead of the included white rice. So, I went with it ? without realizing that I would receive two egg patties ?? rather than the three I initially wanted. The egg roll that came with the combo meal was also extremely soggy and greasy. ?Though I was less than impressed by their shrimp egg foo young combo, I would highly suggest their chicken wings ?!

The #1 place I get wings from. Chinese food is ok and on par, but whoever does the frying, knows exactly what they are doing. The wings, the egg rolls, anything fried is great. Wing size and price is consistent, and the pork fried rice they have is really good (pan fried but still great whoever does that one too). Dumplings always hit the spot. Price was good for today (2 full combos and drinks for like 18 bucks). Location however is an issue for many. For me, it's not something that affects me, but there is alot of homeless and crime in the area. When parking expect at least 2 or 3 homeless people to come asking. I don't mind them and they are decent and I give em a few bucks, but many would be worried to go after sundown. They even double check which location you are ordering from (which is good because the other one isn't as good and the wings aren't fried right or just kinda... meh... like a bucket of fast food chicken that sat in a window. But yea, just so you know what you're getting into. Not really a place you want to eat inside at. But take out is hands down the best, and I've actually worked as a fryer at another Chinese place in town (China wok on peacehaven) and my top choice is still this particular location for my wings and other fried Chinese items.Parking: I mentioned it in my review. Plenty of room but crime and people asking for moneyKid-friendliness: Because of the crime and homeless, people may not want to take their kids. Luckily, it's a take out place and I haven't seen many people take kids. My daughter has went with me to pickup and we didn't have issues, just others may be more intimidated by area.

The food here is quite good, at least the things I typically order. The roast pork fried rice and pork lo mein are excellent. The shrimp eggrolls are strange. They are quite tasty but the smallest I have ever seen in a Chinese restaurant in my life--slightly larger than a D battery. I didn't love the wantons in the wanton soup, but the broth was good and I ate it all anyway, so it must not have been too bad. The shrimp with lobster sauce wasn't what I expected, quite yellow, very eggy, and not much shrimp. Won't order that again. Overall, I guess I'd say they do a superior job with the stuff I typically order, but I'm taking away a star for full priced half sized eggrolls. Service is fast and friendly and inside the restaurant is clean. The shopping center is a sad sad place. But I'll go back.

First time ordering to go from here, the wonton soup was good! but i also ordered a pint of the pork fried rice and the taste is just off i dont know what it is but it just doesnt taste right. There were lots of homeless people out front asking for peoples change. Also police just sitting out by the food lion, the parking lot was filled with trash. I will not be coming back to this location.
