Ok drive through order. Turkey, bacon, avocado hold gouda and mayo. No gouda check, no mayo check. So what was wrong? Well no Turkey, no avocado. Just bacon crumbles and bread..... ticket was right.It's hard to mess up that bad. I really have to assume someone didn't care. But on the positive side, bread an bacon crumble wasn't bad. The manager is taking care of it. But we were already home when we discovered the issue. Her order was wrong as well. Again the ticket was right. Drive through was not busy and parking lot nearly empty. In my case inconvenience. For someone with allergies, kosher or hallal, this could be a bigger issue. Details matter.

They absolutely never get my order right. They always run out of ingredients. Give me an entirely different sandwich. Old, soggy vegetables.This is by far the worst panera I have ever been to. Absolutely atrocious attention to detail. It's not worth the cost at all.I have always loved panera and it's just a huge disappointment.

I just finished the very best chicken noodle soup I've ever had, including homemade. I chose drive thru and was answered and served promptly and politely. They showed a very high inspection rating and everything looked clean an uncluttered. My soup was still hot after my 30 minute transit home. Great overall experience! Reynolda Road location thank you!

Terrible! They never have bread bowls. They never have half of what they say they have. You have to purchase cream cheese. It doesn't come with a bagel.?!?!?

THE WORSE FOOD!!!! SERVICE RUDE, SHORT CHANGED Bagettes/sandwiches absolutely the WORSE!! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Sandwich chicken &pepperoni w/cheese had NO CHICKEN and barely pepperoni no cheese. The thick chewy tough dry bread could lose a tooth pulling it. Female young girl rude, short changed me on bill change, had attitude when I asked for refund, bad service and her nasty attitude. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!! THE WORSE FOOD.!!! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. NOT WORTH IT.

Went in to get my sip club drink. I go to a kiosk and order like normal then go up to the front register to ask for a cup. The only person there is a small teenage girl with long dark hair. Didn’t get her name but I think if I just said she was wearing an entire bottle of lipgloss they could guess who it was. She was very visibly on her phone and stayed there scrolling for a good 15 seconds before looking up and acknowledging my presence. As if it’s the worst inconvenience in the world she closes out of her apps shuts off her phone and very slowly shuffles over to me. Says not one word and has nothing but a blank expression on her face the entire time. I ask nicely for a large cup and say thank you when she hands it to me. Again, she said absolutely nothing during this exchange. I then Watch as she returns to her phone. After I fill my drink I look at her one more time and see her very quickly put her phone away and rush to start stocking at the drink station when she sees someone in what I think was a red shirt come out of the kitchen, I assume a manager? Stop hiring children!!!
Spent $37 on 3 items that I waited 20 minutes for to be utterly disappointed. Showing advertised pictures of menu versus what was received. Box for pizza even says crispy, hahaha it was the complete opposite of that. Didn't even bother to mark what sandwich it was on the wrapper that Panera made easy for them to do so one knows which is which. Sad.....now I see why there is no survey on the receipt.

Dietary restrictions: My sister is very sensitive to MSG. Panera bread is one of the few quick food places that doesn't use MSG. We sat by the fireplace and enjoyed catching up. It was the perfect atmosphere. I love the bread bowls.

If you want a hot sandwich then go somewhere else. I ordered the ham and Gouda toasted baguette and specifically asked if the sandwich was served hot because I'm pregnant and can't eat cold cuts unless they're warmed up. The cashier told me that it was served hot. The sandwich came out and was completely ice cold. But the cheese was melted. So a little upset I go to the front and tell the manager that I had assumed the sandwich would be hot. All she said was that the sandwich with the meat definitely went through the oven. Ok great but it's still ice cold. So she agrees to make me a frontega chicken sandwich. Another that is supposed to be served hot. After waiting another 15 minutes for my remake. It finally comes out and guess what, freezing cold. At this point my husband is done eating his lunch and I'm just ready to go home. So he goes up and the manager is no where to be found. So he grabs a box for my cold sandwich and we end up going home to heat it up. Absolutely ridiculous
