We went to dinner twice and sat out on the patio. Each time we sat there for forty five minutes and when our dinner finally arrived it wasn't hot... And then our dessert showed up with the dinner both times. "Thank you for your patience"..." The kitchen is backed up"..." We have a new cook"..." This is our server's first night".. So never again

A wonderful experience.Thinking of the Reynolda Village with all the grounds , the shops , gardens ...It is such a good place to relax and enjoy the crepes.There were a lot of choices on the menu, and through time, I tried 4 of them. They are all good so just pick one and you will love it.The place is nice and the service is good

My husband and I stopped in for a late afternoon treat, and the first part was amazing! We had a nice spot on the patio so we could enjoy the beautiful weather, and it was a peaceful way to wind down the perfect day we had spent enjoying the Reynolda Gardens and Museums. The crepes were perfectly delicious, as were our Iced Carmel Lattes. Our original waitress was friendly, personable, attentive, and kind. Everything was perfect UNTIL this young man came up asking us if we wanted take-out boxes. We were not even finished eating, so we said no. He came back about 5 minutes later, and told us that we didn't have to leave, but he would need to take our plates. My husband told him that he could take his, but that I was almost, but not quite, finished. We expected him to take my husband's plate and return later for mine. I promise that I am not exaggerating when I say that he awkwardly stood right there at our table and watched until I took my final few bites!!! I was both flabbergasted and furious, as was my husband. I have not felt that scrutinized since I had to take a college athletics drug test! He looked up today's closing time and it doesn't close until 8:00 PM. The time all of this occurred was 5:45 PM. That just left a horrific impression on us as we left. We will definitely be back, but we will ask for another server if "Mr. Speedy Plate Taker" approaches our table.

I ordered a cheesecake crepe it was awesome I really enjoyed it the feeling and cream was perfect along with the fruit and I ordered some Nutella the only downfall was the customer service and eating outside because it was awake the inside is very small and outside they don't have any heaters so if it's cold outside, it may not be best to eat outside depending on the weather . The white mocha was perfect!
