We ordered at 1:47 and received our food twenty minutes later at 2:07. This is the third time I've been to this particular restaurant and each time service has been slow. I love Popeye's but I will not be returning to the one on Stratford Road in Winston-Salem.

Absolutely horrible. I've tried goojg here several times. The wait is always long and they always mess up order. Today was the last time I ever go here. Had to wait 30 minutes after placing order. They were out of chicken strip. Odd for a chicken place. Ordered popcorn shrimp and fries. Got home, and realized I got 4 shrimp and a box of soggy fries. Drinks were incorrect as well. I thought the other Popeyes in winston were bad, but this one is the worst. Basically, they stole my money. So if you don't mind that, have at it. Avoid this rip off joint.

I just had a very pleasant experience Tasha who is a manager in training was so great she was very helpful very timely cater to our needs and the atmosphere was just exquisite. I enjoyed myself very much well I just waited to die with the smooth soothing sounds of a style jazz Louisiana band playied in the background. This was a real taste of. I will save myself I will be back.

(4:30 on 2/1/24) Horrible service as far as management is concerned...well he wasn concerned, at least. Bought food took it back in because I refuse to pay for a chicken thigh that is the same size as a tiny chicken leg. How these pieces got past quality control is beyond me. According to the manager "We don't cut the chicken, we just sell it". All while having better looking chicken sitting on the rack. I guess I got chosen for the baby pieces today.SN: When I went in the manager (he needs a new job) was sitting in the lobby having a pow wow with two other men while a man was washing cars with the pressure washer two cars over from me. I would expect this on the other side of town.Sad that I had to go to the "other" side of town to get the more decent chicken pieces. I live in Clemmons and shouldn't have to drive all the way to East Winston just for decent food from the same company. I see why this one has a 2.9 rating.

Still relatively new store, and it showed. Service was a bit slow, and employees seemed to be inexperienced. All that aside, I love Popeyes, and Popeyes is the best chicken!

This is probably the saddest chicken tenders I've ever been given, if you can even call them that. We were told to pull up and waited for about 30 minutes for our order in the parking lot, while cars came and went through the drive through. When we got our order, we were told that we should try to show up a little earlier next time, even though we were there over an hour before closing. We didn't get our mashed potatoes, our chicken wasn't spicy, we didnt get sauces or our biscuits, and the chicken tenders- ?. It's not hard to say you're out of something so the customers time won't be wasted.

I've been to several Popeyes but the one in Winston Salem is by far the best. The food is always fresh and hot and the people that work here go above and beyond when it comes to great customer service. I'll definitely stop here when I'm in Winston Salem.
