Whenever I am in Winston, I like to eat at Pryme Time. I was in Winston recently and went to the restaurant. I was shocked when I walked in and saw everyone eating out of to go packaging. When the waiter finally came over to take our order, I told him that I care about people so I don't use petroleum based single use products. He told me that everything they serve is in petroleum based products and then he lied and told me that it was because of covid. I know that he lied because blaming it on covid makes zero sense. They didn't even have silverware. We had to eat cold, tough meat with a flimsy fork. The food was cold because uncomfortable air conditioning was blowing down directly on our table in the winter time. They even put a plastic lid on the petroleum based cups. There was a shameful amount of petroleum products on the table when we left that will no doubt wind up in our landfill. I will never go back.

The chicken, the vegetables, the red velvet cake were all wonderful. But, the corn bread was outstanding!! Long waitbut, the great service and wonderful food made it all worth it!! Overall a very nice experience!

I went in today for the first time. The sign said wait to be seated so I did. No one came to seat me so I went to the counter to order to go. Grabbed a menu and walked back to the counter to order. Waited while the cashier sat there staring to to space. Once she finally realized that I was ready to order, she took my order. I waited 30 minutes and went back to the counter to ask about my food. Guy goes back to check and comes out the kitchen and said it was almost done. Proceeds to tell me that the people making the grits don't know how to make grits. I left as soon as he walked away. No way am I going to pay $20 for food that you admit you don't know how to make. So now I'm late from my lunch break because I went somewhere to get food. Do better because I will never be going back there again.

Me and my wife decided to look up local hotspot for Caribbean food/soul food came in waited for an hour for to go order and end up getting this hotdog for my son. I can practically be beef jerky, some stale fries, and some disgusting Jamaican jerk chicken that I could only stomach 3 out of 10 Am I confused? Yes, they said it was jerk chicken but end up tasting like a sweet-and-sour sauce with the smallest minute of spice as a An islander I’m a shame of what this place has brought for the price and the quality I could’ve easily made my own stuff at My house, and as a head chef, I am disappointed in the cooks that work there. There is no Love or care for food, because if so, I would not sell none of this to Customer So if you want some fake soul/Caribbean food, best place for you, but if you want some authentic food you might have to look Around

The food was delicious, I had fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, and baked beans. I loved every bit of it. My husband loved his lamb chops as well. We definitely will be return

Get the chicken and extra sides. I tried to go thinking I was going to get all veggies. Imagine that! I ate way more than I should have. They should have a room in the back to take a nap! That need to get a Bourbon selection and I can add that last star!
