The 3-Three Star ⭐ rating is based on the Miller St location, that as of today (Fri. 4-09-21) is closed. Based on my experience today at the Hanes Mall Blvd location, I might NOT ever go back to a Qdoba in Winston-salem unless the Miller St location reopens.I usually order from the location on Miller St. Unfortunately that location was closed, so I had to drive across town to Hanes Mall Blvd. When I arrived the young lady at the counter greeted me and I began to place my order. In addition to what I already ordered through the App. She was scrapping the bottom of the server to fix my order. The serving area was Extremely messy and the food looked cold and wasn't fresh. Another employee was not wearing gloves and his mask properly. I didn't complain at the time because I was in a rush. Other employees in the kitchen where also Not wearing their masks properly and were Not wearing gloves as well. This visit was HIGHLY disappointing. The staff at the Miller St location are clean, healthy, friendly as always greet every customer with a Smile. If the other location does not reopen, by this experience alone Qdoba Mexican Grill in Winston Salem has LOST a Very Loyal Customer for good!!

The packaging is absolutely horrible. They put a poorly sealed bowl into a tiny paper lunch bag. To fit it in, the bowl had to be placed vertically. As a result the liquid leaks out, the bag breaks, and your food just drop on the ground. Look at what Chipotle does with their bags! They are massive and sturdy. They are large enough to put their poorly sealed bowl horizontally to avoid leakage.

Looks like the owners or management has changed. I have Not been here in a while, but I remembered the food to be a little bit better than I experienced on this visit. The quesadilla was not two pieces of tortilla like usual rather it was one folded over. Which made it quite messy, whereas it should have been two pieces with filling in between and then toasted. I ordered chips or the nachos rather, and it just didn't appear to be the same maybe it's the skimpiness on the items? This was an okay visit but I'm not sure I'll return soon.

My preferred fast food Mexican eats. I believe that are a step above Chipotle. Great spice seasoning on the meats. Good choices for ingredients. Good location.

The friendliest place I've ever been to.

I'm not sure what I was expecting from this place, but I remember it being decent back in the day so I figured I'd give it a shot. After ordering through Postmates the other evening however, I will not be returning. Got a nasty bout of food poisoning from this place and the following 24 hours were unpleasant to say the least.

Swift was absolutely awesome. My husband and I had the best lunch thanks to his funny attitude and excellent customer service.
I enjoyed qudoba but it seems like they just rushed you to make a decision on what you want

Very inconsistent with pricing. After the 3rd time I decided this isn't the place for me. I ordered a steak burrito, with the exact same toppings, on three separate occasions within the last month. I've paid anything from $6-$12. This is so confusing to me. Definitely not worth it considering how big it was. I only get a few toppings, very basic. Try your luck somewhere else.

Just average wasn't my favorite. Chips were cold and didn't have any salt.
