I’ve ordered form this place 3 times now and each time something has been missing or the one time I found a hair in my food.I ask for guacamole and they NEVER put it in the bowl. I ask for cilantro and it’s NEVER put in the bowl. This is so frustrating. This food is better than chipotle or moes flavor wise and size wise, but the inconsistencies suck.

My husband and I love Qdoba! It is the best Mexican of this kind-order and make as you go-and I don't think the other two even compare to the flavors that Qdoba has. Tacos, burritos, salad, bowls, are all ? wonderful. I always have a great meal there❤ I hope it will always be in business so it can be one of our go-to meals.

We LOVE Qdoba...the service here was AWFUL! We walked inside 30 min before closing and they said we can't eat inside because they had already cleaned the dining are...huh? Isn't that something you do AFTER you close? This Qdoba won't get a penny of my hard earned money!!!

If I could leave no stars, I would. Waited in line over 10 minutes never even got acknowledged, we were the only ones in there. Another family got in line behind us, as soon as we got out of line they started getting helped. We are both disabled, standing is excruciating after a few minutes. It's not hard to see we are in pain after a few minutes of standing. We will NEVER come here again.

I stop in here pretty often. They have a new cauliflower mash that I used last 2 times instead of rice. Good place to eat low carb.I have used this place to cater a grad party. They were the cheaper than Moes and Chipotle.

Food is good. Worsts customer service! I asked for guacamole and said she couldn’t added to my bowl. I also asked for steak. She said she couldn’t do that because she had to chop it up, isn’t that her job? Never going to let that particular unprofessional worker serve my food again!

This was my first time trying this restaurant... they had exactly what I’ve been craving for a long time. Better than some of the other places I’ve tried recently including Moes. I will definitely be back often now lol. You guys should try that new hot and spicy chicken.... fire.

I placed an online order. I went to pick up my order. While standing in line awaiting the customer in front of to pay for his order the employee was wearing his mask around his chin, coughed in the hand that he had a glove on amd then proceeds to cough into the ungloved hand as well. Thankfully my order wasn't ready yet so I was there to see if he was going to wash his hands or change gloves before making it. He did neither!!!! I told him I watched him cough in both hands and he did not wash his dirty hand or change his dirty glove and he literally waved his hand at me to leave!!!! I am floored by his reaction and nastiness! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO INTO THIS PLACE!!!!

Ordered online, big mistake. Three orders, three misses. Wanted no black beans in my burrito bowl, got a lot. My wife ordered no corn, looked like Thanksgiving. Ordered kids milk, got fruit punch. What a waste of almost $30. I guess I should be grateful for the hipster experience and eat what I am given, silly me. Won't be returning.

Im not sure if it was the paticular location or a particularly sour 1st impression eating there, but to pay the amount that I did, I expected the food to reflect quality food (compared to Chipotle) and I didn't recieve that
