Mediocre experience. Ordered the black bean wrap and it had giant pieces of onion in it. I posted a picture below for your viewing pleasure. The wrap didn't have much taste, and could have used a spicy sauce on the side or something. My coleslaw also had giant pieces of lettuce in it drenched in what seemed like thousand Island dressing. My husband swapped half of his wrap with mine. The chicken in his had a smokey wood barbecue flavor which I enjoyed, but the wilted spinach made it a little weird. Our waitress was very nice though. The place was clean but we were just not excited about the food at all. Not coming back.

My wife and I came here for an "inexpensive " Sunday afternoon lunch. We were quickly seated because it was mostly empty. Our server, Alison, was friendly and we got the check-in offer of Lodge chips. The chips came with two sauces and were fairly good. The music playing here was good, but way too loud for a Sunday afternoon and we had challenges hearing each other. I ordered the Robinhood chicken wrap and a side of slaw, my wife got the black bean wrap and side of slaw. My wrap was okay but since it was halved we swapped. The bean wrap was strange and without flavor. The slaw was in a bowl and had the cabbage pieces too large for that size of dish. The bill with the wraps and two ice teas was just over $45, so not inexpensive and not worth that price.

It was fine. I'd meet people there again if they really wanted to go here, but wouldn't return on my own. Food was okay, nothing great, particularly for the price. Bison burger was meh at $23. Did appreciate that they offer a gluten-free bun. That was a nice touch! The trout at $27 was fishy. Wine was okay. Cold glass that came with root beer would have been nice if it was a frosty/icy glass, not just a chilled one. Ambiance was also meh. Service was okay, nothing remarkable. Overall....it's fine but won't go out of my way to return.

Cecilia was a rock star! Our food was delicious. Catfish and chicken salad were great choices. If you are gluten free they have plenty of options. Save room for the rum cake:).

Outstanding food and service! The fireplaces made the room cozy for brunch on a chill, rainy day. We will definitely go back!

OMG it was so loud, we couldn't hear each across from each other at the same table, a lot of people around us were complaining too. Just blew us off. Use to be our go to for a good meal to talk as s family, looks like those days are gone!Bring that wallet or a credit card with no limit... pretty pricey place now!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu

Meh. Was my favorite restaurant as a kid but it's really not special. They have good bread and their dessert never misses.

At one time I liked River Birch Lodge. But, the service has been deplorable and the attitude of the staff has been bad the last several times I've been there in January and February 24. One of our group had something wrong with the food and we had difficulty getting it straightened out on one visit. I do not recommend this restaurant anymore.

We wanted to try it out as a romantic date night option and was impressed with the decor, it has a hunting lodge vibe without feeling too heavy handed. The service was impeccable, with the wait staff being attentive and friendly even with a full restaurant. The menu has a great variety and a few wild game options you don't usually find at other places. The only drawback was the noise level. I've never been to a dining establishment where the prices were this high but the entire place sounded like a sports bar. I know that management can't really do anything about it but I was hoping on our second visit it would be better and no, it was still rowdy and loud. Maybe hiring a cellist or having someone play the piano will get people to quiet down haha. :p
