My last 2 orders have been wrong every time, first time I was given no shrimp in my chicken and shrimp order and the most recent one I had no vegetables and fried rice instead of white rice

Was at Hanes Mall yesterday at lunch time and "tried" this place... won't ever "try" again! Her shrimp were, at best, "edible," but.. she went from "table to bathroom"! I had chicken and shrimp. The chicken was OK but "not much" and there were very few shrimp. Actually, he put so many noodles in the styrofoam box that there was no room for anything else.. which, I believe, was his plan!That night when I checked my receipt against my bank account, they had added 20% to my ticket! This morning, the "true" amount was showing! Did they honestly think I might tip them?
Just avoid. I would not call that chicken. Also, what kind of Japanese food does noes not have white/shrimp sauce. Take it off the sign if you don’t have it and don’t make a customer act dumb when they ask.

I've been coming here for years and years... to be specific.. i've been coming here for over 10 years. The food at Sarku Japan is the best food hands down ... the best for the price in the area.. with variety.. dumplings.. noodles. steamed vegetables and fried rice.. they got shrimp and beef even though i'm highly allergic to seafood/shrimp.. my siblings say it's amazing! I'll keep coming here.. the food never disappoints and after eating, doesn't make my stomach hurt non like other japanese food in the surrounding areas here in winston salem.

I once loved this place, but it's went downhill. The owner lady that is always at the register will yell at you to order and add on items you didn't want. Rice/veggies are good, but I question the quality of the chicken... I went the other day and got the chicken, a drink and an egg roll and it was 15 bucks. The egg roll was BADDD.

The food is good I ordered double chicken and shrimp with rice and veggies. I was not given a double portion. I spoke up and the guy was like ok next. Ask for your double portion on the side they cheat you and keep your money
Rude, and if you order online something will always be messed up or missing. I suggest skipping this place.
Always forget stuff don’t bother to order here.
The employees are rude and do not appreciate you as a customer, they speak very badly to you and it is as if you should ask please to be served.
