I ordered a VT Coffee frappe with 3 shots on top. I get one everyday. My frappe tastes and looked like milky espresso it was bad. So I went in there and they made me another drink but the girl (she had green short hair) put the shots in it. I said where are my shots she said they are in the drink. My friend and I went through the drive through. He purchased a $7 cup of regular coffee. The girl at the window was sweet and quick. However my friend dropped his coffee right when we exited the vehicle because the lid on it was deformed and not applied correctly. I would think they would be serving their drinks in Yeti cups for the price they charge. The prices in this country have gone way past the point of exorbitant. I often visit this starbucks and typically it is an enjoyable experience. Service is always slow but that is never a problem for me. The staff at this location is the only issue i have had, specifically two girls. They are often not kind, never smiling at me and have even not given me my money off when i had enough stores.
