An absolutely abysmal excuse for a coffee establishment. Running out of supplies within the first few hours of opening is just embarrassing. Way too expensive for what little you get, I'd suggest McDonald's coffee before going to this cracked up hole in the wall.

I was not greeted kindly, all the girl said is "what you want"? I requested my order, and she cut me off and said "we not the bigger stores". I asked what flavors they had on hand and with a clear attitude she mumbled about three flavors and I just ordered one of them she mentioned. I RECEIVED MY ICED DRINK WARM WITH LITTLE ICE. POOR EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER! I am a business owner, and I will not use this coffee stand again, and I will get word out of the crude unprofessionalism and nasty customer service. For what I spent honestly the vending machine would have been a more pleasant experience. This is in the hospital, and my wife just underwent a lifesaving surgery. Training in customer service, and hiring people who want to be there in the first place might be beneficial for this coffee stand. I RATE IT ZERO STARS

They were out of Nitro cold brew but Kelsey the one taking my order suggested that I get the regular vanilla sweet cream cold brew with cold foam to replicate the nitro, and even as a former Starbucks employee I didn’t even think to do that and it turned out to be even better! Love that they try to accommodate here.

I just left the drive thru, the young black lady whom was at the drive thru windows, broke my straw when I didn’t give her a tip, ??‍♂️ I peep that, and instead of getting into an argument, I’ll just make a post, she tried to insinuate that I tip, by the language she used while I was paying.. ??‍♂️ I don’t believe I need to tip through a drive through Window, I won’t come back to this location.

Fastest drive thru lane ever at a Starbucks coupled with fantastic customer service. Was concerned length of line would make me late but I decided to try. They’ve employed some chick fil a strategies and I was amazed! I ended up being early!:)
