After sitting in the drive thru for 20-30 minutes because a guy wanted to press charges on Taco Bell, the woman in the drive thru was amazing!

Customer service was horrible when i went at 8pm today 3/8/24 whoever the girl was In the window is very rude lol . she acted like she didn’t want to be there but if she didn’t want to work she should’ve stayed home .
We have been customers of this location for several years, as we live close. After remodeling, service has decreased a lot, and we are not sure of her position, but one of the ladies inside, not sure if she is a manager or not, but wears glasses, has an attitude and is rude every time we go, maybe because we are of Hispanic descent, not sure. Food is now mid-grade, not sure why, but we always use the drive-through and our Mexican Pizza is ALWAYS placed in the bottom of the bag, by the time we get home, it is no longer a Mexican Pizza, but a smooched blob. It is OK for a quick bite, but if you are a avid fan of Taco Bell, this place needs a lot of training and better management.

This location has some of the rudest staff I’ve encountered at any restaurant period. Yells and is condescending towards customers and fellow staff, and acts as if performing expected tasks as an employee is providing an immeasurable charity to the public. Frankly despicable.

I came by last night to get 2 DLT and the shells was STALE! I came back to get replaced they was STALE again I asked for a refund the girl was facial piercings said I couldn’t get one I’m on my way up there now! Akron horrible experience I won’t return!
