Justyna welcomed us warmly on a rainy day with a beautifully set table for two. At first we had the place to ourselves which was wonderful. Pictures from the full English tea service speaks volumes. There are many teas to picked from and justyna will guide based on your preference. Sweet and savory treats were perfect. We'll definitely be back and try the next next time.

Such wonderful food and service. The ambiance needs a little work / felt like a church hall reception area. But overall a great addition to the Triad.

Enticing tea menu with sweet and savory delights. The tea was delicious. The only thing I could have wished for would be the ability to purchase the loose teas---those were in short supply, and are not available on the tea room's website.

Solid 4 stars. I used to run and manage a tea room a long time ago in Ohio. We hand made fresh clotted cream every day. It's so easy and stores for a few days (at least the way we made it) It's not expensive and doesn't take a lot of time. So why do we get tini little jars? NOT cool. The sugar is lovely and I believe its milk not cream (at least should be half and half). Cream in tea, not milk in my opinion. PLEASE understand EACH tea is over 35.00 but does include a nice size pot. The portions are normal tea room size and pretty yummy overall with a nice variety. I wasn't thrilled with the tiny savory cracker? with a little smear of creamcheese and some herbs? Again, not the best. You all can do better. Everything else was pretty good. The chicken salad was nice and fresh and tasty. I didn't like the ham spread?? either and the puffs were super tiny. Yes, its tea but we need to be reasonable in portions for that price. Lots of tea variety, needs to steep longer before being brought out although I suppose we could request this. The girls are SWEET but a little void of connection. Could increase their tips with being more social and connecting. Overall a nice place for wedding showers, baby showers, etc. SUPER CLEAN. and CLEAN bathroom. Also felt a little COLD being in a shopping center, probably ambience could be improved some.

What a wonderful experience! The service was perfect. Once inside the door, the room was peaceful and welcoming. The food was delicious. The China Rose Petal tea was incredible. Aromatic but not overpowering. Every flavor mixed and matched for a perfect start to Thanksgiving week. So grateful we could enjoy the efforts of this business!
We LOVE high tea! I wish I was more impressed, but it was very average. Their scone is really good! With your scone you get a small jar of clotted cream and preserves. Hmmmmmm I wish I could say this was better than it was.

I am so happy The Flour box has a physical location again. I have had tea all over and at just about every tea spot in NC. The Flour Box is always my favorite! I have been waiting since the Winston location closing (Covid) to go again.Kernersville is incredibly spoiled to have this in town. My husband and I shared two full tea services and a smoked salmon eggs benedict. Everything was absolutely delicious, the menu for the tea service changes with every holiday so you can always expect something for the season in mind! They even offer boxed tea service to go which I also reccomend!Milla does a fantastic job making everything, I hope to support this small local business on the regular for a long time to come.Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids tea service!

Traveled with a friend to the Flour Box Tea Room all the way from New Bern and oh, was it worth the drive! We thoroughly enjoyed the full tea service for two. There was a huge selection of teas and we wished we could've tried everything on the menu! Milla is an incredible baker and chef. It is evident that she pours her heart and soul into her creations. Everything about her food prep, presentation, and the cafe's atmosphere was impeccable; not a single detail was overlooked. Our server (I think Lexie was her name) was wonderful, sweet, and attentive. We would return on a regular basis if only the drive wasn't so long. Absolutely a gem of a place. Go, you will love it!!!
