The Loop is a nice family friendly location where you could enjoy a good burger, salad or pizza. The place is trendy looking. Very clean with exceptional service. The menu is easy to choose from with plenty of options for your palate. I like that they also have outside seating available with plenty of space overlooking the shopping center it's located in. Interior noise not too loud. The food looked great and tasted even better. Definitely coming back.

I was employed with this company since last October, they do not treat the employees like they matter. They don't resolve conflict or anything. There is an employee named Annalise that has terrible customer service and gives everyone a hard time and they tell us to treat her like she has an extra chromosome. The owner Mike and general manager Matt do not care about this store only In demand there's roaches and multiple issues wrong with this establishment that have been there for months. They also do not own an alcohol licenses but sell alcohol.

There was a specific employee that has a bad attitude every time I come, no customer service skills when handling customers. She was on her phone today and not watching for guest leaving somebody else to come help me while he was doing something else . Maybe training for customer service should happen so this doesn't affect the business.

Large space with both good indoor and outdoor seating. There's a good variety of food that's better than average.They have a confusing hybrid service system where they buzz you to pick up your tray, but there is no obvious place to bus your tray when you're done. I was told that staff come around to collect trays, but I haven't seen that happening.

We got the chicken sandwich, pizza, and milkshake. The chicken breast was fairly small but had good flavor. The chips were fine. The pizza had a sweet taste very good. Was a bit pricey for the quantity of food you get. We got the Oreo shake and it was amazing! The only downside was the 25 minutes it took it to get the milkshake by it self.

I think this place is really good as a casual cafeteria eatery. The prices are reasonable and you get a lot of food for the money!The chicken tenders were excellent and my friends swear you have to dip them in the milkshakes. The French fries are steak cut and were lukewarm and kind of soggy.The crunchy broccoli salad was surprisingly good!
I came here on a Monday around 11:15am with a party of 2. You order before you sit down and it took me some time to figure out what I wanted. I could see a backup happening if it is crowded and people don't know what they want to order. Once we ordered, they gave us a beeper for when our items were ready. We ordered fountain drinks and I appreciated the variety of choices. The entire place was very clean. We found a booth and did not wait long for our food to be ready. My husband ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and the tomato bisque soup. The soup was very good and he said the wrap was good, but that it is also hard to mess up a simple wrap like that. I ordered the pinsas 7" x 8" with bacon, chicken, and grilled onions. I felt that it was a bit dry and could use some more sauce. You pay 99 cents for each topping you choose and I thought they barely put any bacon on mine. I thought the grilled onions were going to be a sweet onion and not a red onion. If I were to return, I would choose something different next time as there were other items on the menu that interested me.Parking: Large parking lots real close to the restaurant.

Always a treat dining here! Atmosphere is casual and friendly. Staff is attentive and cordial. Plenty of parking and addition to the menu choices are great! We ordered our favorites (Portobello mushroom bacon pizza, and side of their very special onion rings) and sampled a new item (margherita and pesto pizza) that was also very delicious!
