First time, just passing through. Bagel and drip coffee (with extras) was ready quickly. Staff were super helpful. Restroom was clean. Atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Will return next time I’m in the area.

I am a little confused about some of the negative reviews. I have been here several times and every single time, I was received with a positive attitude and kindness. As far as the coffee... The best dirty chai latte I have had in a long time!!! We will be coming here more often. Thank you all for making us feel welcome.

Don’t know exactly what happened but the coffee and customer service use to be awesome. It’s changed however in the last year. If you want quality customer service and better coffee, try one of the local places. Use this place as an option only.

Walked in about 12 minutes before closing tonight and the person working barely acknowledged me when I came in. She came over and mumbled something and I asked about the snickerdoodle latte and other specialty lattes. She just pointed to the sign and told me I couldn’t have anything with espresso because the machine was just cleaned a few minutes before that - 15 to 20 minutes before closing at 7. I understand the cleaning process because I’ve managed a coffee shop but it’s unfortunate she started cleaning so early and lost a sale.I left without ordering anything but it drives me crazy when coffee shops start cleaning so early before closing. I was so looking forward to a Valentine’s treat before heading home so I went down the road to Starbucks (but I really like Waterbean).

My saving grace today. I had no power at my place and came here to charge up and get a drink. Kenzie was so kind and recommended an amazing tea for me to try because I said I wasn’t in the mood for coffee. I love this place and the service here.
Good coffee. Horrible attitude towards the customers. Everytime I think it's just a bad day for them..it's not. I come here every so often and each time I've been received with an attitude and almost bothered for coming to "disrupt them" . The visit before this one, I had the employee roll her eyes when we came in. Mind you there was no one else in the shop except another customer who she seemed more interested in talking to (male). I'm the type of person who gives a place more than one chance especially if they have good coffee, but I've had enough with the way we are received. They all seem young and have a lot to learn about how to treat others. I never leave bad reviews but sadly I don't want to come back to a place where they clearly don't want to work.

I hate to give this place a bad review because I'm such of fan of the coffee but employees here are simply not very nice. My wife and I have been coming here for several months in spite of being treated poorly on a semi-regular basis. I don't expect to be treated like a king by whoever is taking my order but employees seem so bothered to even take my order. We're likely done with this place.
