This restaurant is absolutely incapable of ever fulfilling an order without something wrong. We have ordered from here way more times than we really ought to have. No more and never again. For the last four or five times that we have ordered from this location they have gotten the order wrong. Today a simple Burger with nothing but cheese and meat somehow came with barbecue sauce on it. I can't imagine how it's possible to screw up a piece of meat and a piece of cheese between two pieces of bread. And yet way back burgers still manages to amaze me with their level of ineptitude and incompetence. Save your money and go anywhere else.

I used to order from here all the time online, but I went in person this week and it was an awful experience. The person taking my order was very dismissive and had a terrible attitude. I ordered a simple burger with bacon and cheese, nothing else. They managed to mess it up and put on jalapeños, onions, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. I went back but the customer service was terrible. I will not be returning, and I have told many others to avoid.

I was getting new tires next door and had some time to kill and I was hungry. Being a vegetarian, I didn't know if they had a burger for me, but I was pleasantly surprised that they had two choices...the garden burger and the Impossible burger. I chose the garden burger and it was very good. Glad they had slaw as a topping! The onion rings were very good, too, and a very large portion. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom. I was pleased that they offered beer and even more pleased that the young man asked for my ID (I'm 63) lol.I will be back!

The cashier acted annoyed that we were there.The floor was coated with something slick that makes walking hazardous. The table had something sticky on it that caused both of us to have to slide to the restrooms to wash our hands. The burgers we ordered were great , but the very skimpy portion of fries was surprising. We took a chance to try something new. Its a shame it wasn’t a good experience.

2nd time here and OMG even better the 2nd time around!!! The food is made to order and delicious!!! Did I mention DELICIOUS!!!!! The staff is friendly. When we came the 1st time they were slammed but the lady on the grill/manager was so pleasant and apologized for the wait... BUT it was worth EVERY minute we waited. Came back tonight and listen it got BETTER! The cook was welcoming and pleasant even checked on us! The entire staff was nice! Just great food and a great experience!

The food is great, however for it to be 2022 and they don't do call in orders is crazy! Not only that, they advertise promotional burgers that aren't listed on the only way to place an order unless you drive there and place the order in person. When I called there they were not the friendliest either. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service lately...

Took a ride to try this restaurant out- the burgers tasted like a burger should - cooked to order- hot fresh and seasoned just right- the bun was toasted to a golden brown color . The milkshake was expensive but was well worth the price- better than cook out/ even better than Chick FIL - A which is hard to do. This location has a back room for small parties and even outdoor seating- Well worth a trip to Winston for a very good meal.
Ate here tonight with my sister and we loved it! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the food was AMAZING! Definitely will make another trip here in the near future!

Came in with a coupon for a buy one get one free milkshake. There were no other customers and the cashiers did not greet us, then said they were not making milkshakes because there was only two of them. I would understand this if we came in near closing time, or if they were swamped with customers but there was literally no one else there. Super disappointing

My husband and I ate at Wayback Burger today and had a wonderful experience. The service was nice and friendly.. not to mention the food was to die for! I had The Bourbon Bacon Burger and it was delicious!We will definitely be back to eat there and VERY soon!Thank you for everything :)

First visit to this specific restaurant. Very nice friendly and attentive staff. They kept checking on us to make sure everything was good. The food was delicious, great burger, even gave a choice of cheese, instead of just the usual cheese. Tried the Mac and cheese bites, first time trying fried Mac and cheese, they were delicious. Will visit again sometime.
