First time ever having breakfast at Wendy's and it was great. Very friendly staff, very quick delivery of the food and it was hot. Food was delicious and well cooked. Visit was about 10 am so it was not very busy.

This place is terrible! I was in the drive thruthen took my fries in because they were old. I was told there's no way that's right and when I protested they took my fries and put them back in the grease ? for a few seconds and handed them back to me! ? They had no idea what I could have done to those fries yet they stuck it back in the grease that they were using for future customers. It's been way more times then not now that the food has been old, cold and seems like it could have been from hours ago or maybe even something somebody else returned.

Horrible customer service night shift manager is not people friendly and take zero accountability’ I waited in line almost 15 minutes , once I recieved my food I was missing items and had to drive all the way back for the manager to walk away from the window without any apologies or acknowledgment of the lack of are for my offer all of my food was cold and my ice meltedFrom my drinks before I finally reached home and once I recieved a replacement order my food was still cold ! Very unpleasant visit here

I purchased a baconator. The service was SLLLLLLOW. Unfortunately I had to ask for a refund because of this. However once I asked I heard my order called. So I decided I'd take the sandwich which I inspected before leaving. Now if you don't know you just don't but I was served want is used as chili meat, meaning it timed out in the holding cabinet. Once again I asked the for a refund. The young lady said the manager would be with me shortly. Don't go here. Counter personnel are extremely aggressive, belligerent and down right aggressive. Felt sorry for the diminutive manger. Just trying to run an asylum where the crazy are in charge. She did good. The others just want to curse and belittle customers.Stay away at all costs.

We got Uber eats this evening. My husband ordered the original chicken sandwich combo with a unsweetened tea. Bacon stack combo large with a free pretzel baconator. We got the drinks but our order was wrong!!!! I got the Chicken nachos sandwich,large fries-3,3 small cheeseburgers,a big bacon classic and chicken nuggets the only thing right in this order!!! So when u get Uber eats check the bags before eating!!!
