I called in an order and was told it would be ready in 15 mins. When I arrived, 25 mins later, I don’t think they ever even put my order in! I paid then I waited and then got my food 10mins later. (Staff not as friendly as most Jamaicans I know) The servings are a scam. I ordered Oxtail..... On the surface it LOOKS like they give you a lot on the meat portion but under half of it was all white rice not even any peas in there! For the Oxtails I got 4 FOUR! If you’ve ever eaten Oxtail you know that 4 Oxtails is like a bag of Lays chips 3/4 air. For the money, I would recommend eating anywhere else.

I had a very horrible visit last night. I actually arrived to pick up my order 30 min after I called in. When I got there I was faced with a line down the front of the building along with people waiting inside their cars because of the cool temperature. Among the waiting were first time customers who had already been waiting an hour when I got there. There was a confrontation with someone who just got there and walked right in and left with their order within 15 min, which seemed to be due to favoritism or family. Either way it took me 1 hour after I arrived to receive my order and it was only because I went inside and refused to go back or to allow anyone else to come to the window I was at to check on their order. This was the most horrible I have had here and I think it will be my last. DON'T PATRONIZE PEOPLE WHO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS FOR GRANTED.

Bad customer service. I ordered extra ox tails and was charged $5 extra but never received what I paid for. When questioned, management would not answer my call. The girl answering the phones and taking orders could not answer my question regarding the portion on a regular plate. It's sad when you make an effort to support black owned businesses but then get screwed!! The food is ok, but not worth the small portions or being ripped off. Buyer beware.

The way they have you pick up the food is messy. My food was ready and I still had to wait in line after people who food wasn’t ready yet. They could have came up with a better method for pick up, and the line was hanging in the parking lot. The dumpsters stink up the whole parking lot... 2 stars only because the food was good.

I was a regular customer, patronizing their business at least three times a month. I called at 7:27 pm to place a to go order for myself. I was told that I could not place a order because they were closing. I asked what time they closed and the young lady told me 8pm. Not right. I will not support this business again.

The lunch special was 15 and change which is too high I thought lunch specials was supposed to be cheap? their prices have went up over charging customers. that's a price for a dinner plate that's why I go to paradise island in Greensboro 12$ for a large plate! Won't be going back and they don't have good customer service.

Stopped in here from out of town. Was more than happy that I did. Very friendly staff! The curry chicken, rice and peas, and macaroni were delicious! I recommend trying both the rice and peas or macaroni with Ox tail gravy on top!
I've tried several restaurants in the triad area and this place is among the best Caribbean restaurants in the region!

The service was quick and friendly. I ordered j*** chicken, rice and peas and coco bread. The chicken itself was well prepared and tender, the sauce however didn't have enough j*** for me. I've had better coco bread but this bread was not nasty!! The portion sizes are pretty large and that is a GREAT thing!

My encounter with this takeout was horrible from the greeting on the phone. I had to redirect the person on the phone to assure this was a place of business not her own personal phone. Attempted to discuss the difference in price on website in comparison to quoted price. ("Website outdated"),rudely. Still trying to support the business I pushed pass that also. When I picked up my food Customer Service still needed to be addressed. The wait for a veggie plate was ridiculous. Directed my concerns to appropriate party I believe. Welp, the food was horrible. I'm done. Too late to return and the phone continously was busy.).
