First star is for the catfish and hush puppies. The second star is because the server was friendly. The rest of the food was sub-par at best. The clam chowder was under seasoned and had obviously been sitting for a while and reheated, with a film across the top. The scallops were inedible, salty, and very hard. I struggled to even cut it with a fork. Try at your own risk.

The food is nothing like it was a few years ago. Tiny scallops, tiny portions, and no crab cakes. Very disappointed. The food was good...most of it. The only saving grace was my server. She was amazing. I drove from chicowinity to get a plate. Probably won't be back anytime soon.

I have not been in years, but I was actually really surprised by how wonderful the waiter was. He was super busy, but never let the drinks get low. Lots of food on the plate, and love to watch the fish in the tanks. Only things I had to complain about was the music, it was so loud. I couldn't hear the people at my own table. And maybe change the oil for frying a little more often. Otherwise, a great experience.
