I didn’t make it through the drive through because the lady was just rude, I went today around 3:30 I’d say and when whoever the lady was on the intercom spoke, the last part came out gibberish so I said “can you repeat that please?” And I didn’t get a response so I waited about 30second and then said “are you ready” and she said “I greeted you didn’t I?” Like what kind of customer service is that? That’s such a rude response, her response should’ve been “yes ma’am I’m ready if you are” or just “yes ma’am” I told her I wanted a mashed potato bowl and then drove away, I was just so angry, no one has ever spoken to me that way in a drive through and I am always so polite.

How much chicken is actually in a bowl? 1 chicken tender or 3 nuggets. That's it. But you can buy a piece of chicken for them to add...for another $4.00. And when I got home and dove into my bowl, I was so disappointed! Every piece (bite) of chicken had gristle in it. And there was a whopping 20-25 kernels of corn. So I pretty much paid $7.00 for a bowl of mashed potatoes with cheese. The picture on their menu is false advertisement. It shows 5 big pieces of chicken on top. Hah! What a joke...

I've eaten KFC since I was a kid and that was long ago now. Was stopping by Yadkinville and saw this place. I see another review that says the place was remodeled like 6 years ago. If that's true, it still looks really good. One of the cleanest KFCs I've ever eaten in.The food was delicious and it came out reasonably fast. And we appreciated that. My concern was with what happened next. When we got up there to pick up the order at the desk, my daughter wanted to get some ranch and so I stood there for a minute, then two, then longer as the people were congregated behind the metal cookers (not sure what to call them). We waited and waited as the folks carried on a conversation and the person a the window never looked our way. I finally started just saying loudly "ranch? Anyone got ranch?" Nothing. We could see the ranch packets (look at the pic) and I joked to my daughter that I would just jump over and get it myself.After what felt like a long long time, someone came around and asked if they could help us. It's important to know that there was no one else in the restaurant. So they were not busy. You can see from the pic there was plenty enough people to help us. I'm not mad. I love KFC. This one was so clean and the food was delicious. I'm just asking management to lead and help their people follow. Great customer service is how you're going to stay in competition and beat the Bojangles that is literally across the street from you.

For a chicken place, the chicken pot pie didn't Hamachi chicken in it, but plenty of carrots.
Went there for lunch at 1:00. They were out of pot pies. Said they'd be ready in 10 minutes. One doesn't have 10 minutes if they are on a lunch break. Wanted to buy 2 and go home and eat lunch with husband.
