I live 3 hours away but am in town every 3 weeks. There are lots of Caribou shops between me and this location, but they are my absolute favorite!! When I’m in town I won’t go to any other Caribou. My order is perfect every time and the employees are always smiling and inviting!

Well I was just there and I got a smoothie and it wasn’t even blended all the way! There is so much ice at the bottom.

Amazingly rude service. There was no civility from the staff taking my order. They were impatient and didn't even let the second person in our vehicle order. No offer for receipt and no gratitude for doing business. My coffee was substandard compared to other locations, and there wasn't even a line to make the order rushed. The only positive is that I'm passing through town and won't have to come back to this location.
