The food is incredible. Everything tastes fresh and the guacamole made right in front of you is to die for. Every single server we've had has always been stellar, though the best one by far is Javier! That guy is the bomb. Anyway, try their Patron as it is also exquisite.
Wow! We have been trying to make it here for a while now, so first time. Could not be more impressed! Amazing tasting food with great flavors. Great customer service with quick timing! And the plating looked beautiful! Definitely will be returning soon!!

If we go out for dinner in Bismarck, we are going to Charras and Tequila. Hands down, our favorite Mexican food restaurant, and our favorite overall restaurant in town. A great atmosphere with great food (even on those busy nights...which is often). I grew up in Arizona eating amazing Mexican food. Charras and Tequilas not only meet my expectations, they go above and beyond. My favorite dish is their Carnitas Chimichanga.
Mexican joint that only serves pre mixed margaritas.. would not make a fesh house with my preferred tequila..they said they didn't have the ingredients.. ?
Great food, the portion sizes were large. I got the Chori Pollo plate and my boyfriend got the Carnitas. The made to order guacamole was fantastic. The drinks were delicious.We went on a Thursday around 7 and they were packed, heard from a few other people waiting that this place is always busy. We had about a 20 minute wait to get seated.Parking: Parking wasn’t too hard to find, the lot around the restaurant was very full.

If you want margaritas as deep as the sea, guacamole made as fresh as a newborn's cry, and portions big enough to beach you like a whale, this is the place, man.It's just a damn good Mexican place. And that's coming from a guy who used to live around Mexicans and eat their food.
