Service was slow. 3 worker but 1 on break another could barely run the cash register. Only 1 to make food and treats. Chicken strips tasted like they had been in the warmer for days. Could not eat.

We bought a Cookies and Creme Blizzard Icecream cake for my sons Bday and it was amazing!!! Definitely recommend! FYI I decorated it after purchase ?. They do offer writing on all cakes though!

Walked in 30 minutes to close and was told that they stop cooking food 30 minutes to close...but we could order ice cream.

I'm just confused, I literally watched my blizzard be made in front of me and it was even done in a quick manner, but it was still half melted. When the employee starts to do the upside down thing but stops cause it'd pour out and make a mess, it should be a flag to try again. Fast and delicious, but still half melted ?
