I don't know where they found the people who work here but it must be from a straight sewer. The guy who took my order verbally confirmed my order, rang it up wrong, gave us the wrong order and then when I told them the order was wrong they decided to charge us more. I would understand charging more to make up for the changes but the changes they made totaled almost double what my original order should have been. Instead of paying 13$ for the food I ordered I ended up paying 20$ for it. Worst of all the guy gave me attitude when I told him the order was wrong. Never go here, choose any other DQ in town.

First....require your staff to show up in a clean shirt. Man that waited on us had on a dirty shirt that was covered in paint. Ordered a twist cone & a vanilla cone with DQ sprinkles. He didn't know what that was. Rolled it in yellow powder. I told him that it wasn't right. He said I can ring up a new one for you. I said you want me to pay for another one & he said yes. Walked out & threw the cone in the garbage! Staff training would be helpful.

This is an OK place at best. Me and and a DSP stopped here. The tables we sat at was dirty and there's one lady who seemed very annoyed with me. It is highly unlikely I will come here again.

Blizzards weren't as full as in Mandan. An alarm timer was being ignored and was annoying in the dining room. The total bill was a couple of dollars higher than in Mandan for the exact same order.

They need to empty their inside garbage more often. It was full at noon.
Absolutely do not go here unless you like being gouged on prices. The prices of this store are $5-$10 higher than other stores and the quality is horrible. It's worth the drive to the other stores in town to avoid these prices and product.

Pulled up and ordered. We did notice a very drastic increase in price from other locations. We ordered 2 meals, box of dilly bars and 2 pup cups came to $53. Wow. We paid and had to wait. They gave us our ice cream first. Odd to me to hand us ice cream and wait for our food but ok. Got home we got 2 chicken strip meals, they where not in standard dq boxes, they had crinkle fries and no toast. When going to dq you expect the same things between all locations. This location seems to not be following corporate standards and it's a shame. specially for spending that much you expect great quality food. I will just go to Mandan from now on. Better pricing and same great quality food you would expect.

Ordered the blizzard of the month confetti cookie batter. I did not get what I paid for as they had run out of some of the ingredients. If it is not made as it is advertised it should not be on the menu!!!!! Was not even offered a discount or coupons.
