Had one of my worst pizzas in MY LIFE on Sunday, “Rodney” made a1 topping large Brooklyn style, when I got home the top of the pizza was an odd ORANGE color, when I grabbed a slice it fell apart, the bottom of the pizza wasn’t even cooked through! ?

Absolutely love this place!! They always get here in a timely manner and follow my delivery instructions well which means a lot to me. Id completely recommend this store in particular especially because on the rare occasion they aren’t completely right with your order theyre always very kind about fixing it :)

If I could give them negative stars I would. I’ve worked in the food industry over 12 years now, and not once have I ever made a customer that placed a delivery order wait an hour for food, plus once it did arrive it was cold and hard. The driver CJ had the audacity to order food from us as well and we even had that done faster than he apparently could drive even though we’re right up the street from him. We called the store and asked to get new food and to whomever answered, go find a job behind a desk. You obviously don’t care about your job to try and argue with us when we’re actual cooks, we know when food looks old. Such a waste of money too and the tip we gave should’ve been $0 for lack of effort. Worst dominos I’ve ever ordered from.

We called and made an order for delivery at 7:22pm tonight. The total came up to $30.00. I called at 8:34pm to ask where the pizza was and they said they didn't have an order for us. I told the female we talked to a guy and gave him my card number. We talked to the guy for over 9 minutes and she said in a snappy attitude that they didn't have our order. I looked at the numbers and I told her this was the right number we called and she just hung up. They wasted our time. So now at 9:04pm we just finished an order from Papa John's. SMHI wish I could give half a star or no star. I just feel like driving up there and talking some sheet. Show them we talked and that they took our order. I called south and mandan just to be sure and they had no order plus the number we called at 7:22 for over 9 minutes was north Domino's. Makes me so upset. ?

Called in order, told 23 minutes, got there and they said they didn't get the order. Another gentleman showed up and was told the same. I called the phone# again and got the call center and was told they couldn't find out order but could take out again and wait another 23 minutes. Neither the call center nor the pizza store seemed to care. Wrote into corporate, they said they sent out to the store to make it right. Never heard from the store on Century and Washington.

Terrible pizza, I ordered at 1:10 an got there at 1:25 and the pizza was cold an tasted old. Called the manager an he said he could remake it but I live in Mandan an was already home, terrible manager.

We go to visit my mom and dad every month. We ordered the pizza and they were done in about 10 to 15 minutes. Very nice people. Keep up the good work ?.

Usually when I go to a chain pizza restaurant I encounter scuzzy people who make me wonder what they have or haven’t done with my food. This Dominos is just the opposite. Pizza was made perfectly and tasted amazing. The staff members were extremely friendly and the restaurant was clean. Recommended.
