Awful. Simply awful and will never ever be going back was eating and found a hair in my food and gave it back to the kitchen. They initially wouldn't even make me another one and when they finally did everyone was already done eating so they just packaged it to go. We got the bill and it was still on there at full price. So we asked a manager because alike any other food industry run restaurant even if they are half decent they would take it off because it's clearly there fault. Nope not here they refused and instead they just ended up taking my remade meal back. I guess I must have made them mad. Paid for food and got nothing awesome great job!! Never see my business again!

Burger was great! The spicy chicken/shrimp pasta was not very good. The Alfredo sauce tasted way to cheesy.

Very sad! Our local Carino's closed a few years ago so we were excited to go to one again. Food was bland, could only taste tomato sauce. No offer for parmesan or Romano cheese grated on top. The only thing that was familiar was the bread with oil and garlic.

I was shocked to learn that it cost more to pick up an order than to eat it in the restaurant. We were charged a 5% “ to go packaging “ charge. So if you are inside the restaurant, is there an additional charge for plates?This is absurd. I am tired of restaurants finding ways to nickel and dime customers.We won’t order takeout from this operation again.Jeff Miller

The atmosphere was good. The waitress was poor. She paid more attention to the tables in the middle of the bar area then the outside areas. The oil, garlic, and pepper sauce for the bread was ok. The pepper was to harsh on the throat.

EDIT: Manager called me the next day and refunded my money honestly, still wouldn't recommend this restaurant but it counts that my money was refunded. I ordered a family platter lasagna from Johnny carinos tonight to feed a family of 4. We got enough for a family of two. They will not refund. "it's been the same for 16 years" like I was supposed to know that. American standards for a family is 4, they told me it is meant to feed a family of 2-3. I spent $50.00 on half a meal. Their corporate controls this and it seems the manager has zero want or ability to rectify it.

The food here is amazing. Staff are friends of mine. The staff here are people who ya have to know from high school to fit in with, in order to work with as a server. The food here is so fabulous!

We went there today and sat in the bar area. Our sever was Jen. She was amazing even though she was so busy. She never failed to keep my husband's coffee cup full! I can't say enough nice things about our experience today. Our food was good, tasty and hot too.
I found the food to be good, but fairly mediocre. The service and ambience were both excellent, however. I requested an alteration to my menu item and was accommodated. Reasonably priced.

The service was great ! The food on the other hand was all undercooked. Very disappointing. Specially on items that shouldn't be undercooked. The server did ask us if we wanted something else but due to us waiting after messing up are order once, we didnt want to keep waiting. A manger did not even check on tables or did the server take the item(s) off the bill when we didn't even eat it. As a gesture for future maybe offer a discount or take the item(s) off.

My husband and i have been talking about trying Carinos for some time now.Decided tonight would be good, so we ordered a Lasagna for him and Chicken Marsala for me..His was good, but mine was a disappointment..The noodles were dry, no sign of any sauce at all and the chicken was pale and rubbery...I did call and speak to a manager and ask that mine be refunded but was told that isnt policy but they would compensate if i gave them an address...small token for not having a meal i couldnt eat...

I usually love this place but my boyfriend and I ate here Saturday night and Sunday both of us were throwing up. We both had gotten food poisoning.. I heard a couple other people have gotten it recently as well after eating there. I’m pregnant so this was definitely not a good deal. I won’t be eating there for awhile after that. Hopefully they figure out what is getting everyone sick.
