Love the food here! The smoked turkey is my favorite, the dijon aioli on it, yum! The brisket is fantastic! The sauce is just the right tang and spice. The Mac & cheese is dreamy creamy! I can’t believe have not done a review sooner because we have been her many times. They did a fantastic job in catering my daughter’s wedding in 2022. My husband & I were in Bismarck today visiting someone in the hospital & decided to try Laughing Sun because it was in close proximity to it. Love the ambience, friendly staff & the food was very good. I had the chopped brisket sandwich & my husband had the pulled pork, each with a side salad, that was huge, & a large helping of kettle chips. We would definitely recommend both sandwiches!
