Tried to order food inside was told to go order from the kiosk... pretty ridiculous places food prices have gone up dramaticaly in the last 2 years yet the customer is expected and told to go order from a kiosk essentialy becoming a part time mcdonalds order taker without a hourly wage? Sounds about right how ridiculous! Will never eat inside a mcdonalds a again you cut peoples jobs forcing the customer to become a temp staff member while robbing them with higher food prices to boot absolutley ridiculous

The crew there are all amazing. Got my food and the fries were hot and fresh. The shake and flurry was delicious ? and the burger was excellent. The staff there is always smiling ☺ and happy to greet me each day I work thanks for letting me be a part of the team guys!

I went in and see a sign that says order from Kiosk! A young man named Larry helped me through it (he was off the clock going home) so kudos to Larry! But as for this store or any other McDonald’s that want to wait on me we will not give you our business. It’s kinda like self checkout at Walmart. I’m not your employee! I saw employees having to help everyone order. The quality of food isn’t worth it..

Wrong orders, poor service and latte taste like water despite paying for extra syrup. I am definitely keeping track and will share this with a food critic.worst food service.
This place is great during the day but at night has been terrible lately. Sat at the drive thru for 15 min and never got a peep from the crew. Drove around and saw them hiding out of sight on their phones. 10/9/23. Yesterday went through and the fries were cold and burgers had ketchup and mustard excessively sprayed on and messy. I don’t normally write reviews but management should know that these night workers are terrible. Morning and day shift are always awesome.
