Panda Express is probably one of my favorite places to eat. However, this location is constantly out of everything. I've even called one time, being recommended to wait two days until they received more food. Luckily I check the app, but I would feel horrible if I drove all the way out there and they had nothing but drinks available.Honestly I would avoid this place until they've got the supply side cleaned up.

Everytime we go here, there is always mistakes with the order. And after placing the order at the drive thru, the man that brought out the meals was very rude when I tried to explain that it was wrong. He told me to go back through the drive thru and do another order. Plus, the attendant could not converse in english. Just so annoying...not going there again for sure.

I ordered the Bigger Plate- orange chicken, Kung Pao chicken, broccoli and beef, chow mein and fried rice. There was no chicken in my Kung Pao Chicken, I never received any fried rice, I got no sweet and sour sauce with my spring rolls and no fortune cookies. I called the store twice and no one answers and there is no option for leaving a message.

Food is good however I'm never waiting in that line ever again. Yall are basically lunch ladies, you scoop the food into a tray and serve it I don't understand why going through this drive thru takes over an hour when ONE person was in front of me. They prioritize the inside guests and basically ignore the drive thru. It really isn't that hard. Then on top of it once your in the line you cannot leave bc you're completely blocked in. Don't go here if you plan on enjoying your evening and want to spend all night sitting in the drive thru.

Soo disappointed in the service but more importantly the food. The rice was fine but all the meat we got was hard and mostly just unenjoyable. So disappointed because we love panda express and never had an issue until this trip. Not sure if we would be returning.

The wait time on a mobile order was unacceptable. 12 minutes after scheduled pickup, I was told there was still a 20 minute wait for chicken.When I came back in 20 minutes I stood at the pickup area waiting for someone to give me my food that was sitting in the back for another 5 minutes until A COOK noticed me and got someone to give me my food (which she handed me very rudely.)

Really? 5 vehicles in front of me when I pulled up and I sat for nearly an hour before getting my food! Once in the drive thru you can't get out due to how they set up the lanes, you're committed to waiting for not-so fast food.
