Pizza hut has gone down in recent years but the owner is really working hard to turn this location around! Kind Staff! Excellent Pizza, ready on time. Most of the negative reviews are about doordash deliveries... those are bad reviews about door dash not this place itself. There was a sticker on my pizza box that said the pizza was checked for quality assurance and to call if anything was wrong.. I don't get that at other places so Good Job pizza hut!.. and also lets be honest no place has better stuffed crust- Facts!

This place uses Door dash for delivery. Was unable to get my food in time restaurant canceled my order 5 minutes to close. Not mad at that but money was taken and by time store called I was out of options and was unable to buy something else because I had spent my last 30 bucks on that account so was not a great night was looking just for dinner as I work nights and was having a night where I forgot to pack food and can't leave the property I work for. Just wish it was posted or made aware it's a door dash delivery and not the stores own drivers so you might not get that order like if you used domino's or papa John's.

First they lost my order sent it out with door dash when I didn't get my order drove down to see what was taking so long manager said it went out so can't refund my money or compensate me in any way I don't recommend going to this pizza hut poor service # lost my got damn order and I didn't get nothing from

Driver was dishonest when my food was delivered. He stated the wings were knocked over. When I opened up the bag, the container was completely crushed and cracked. Careful when getting food delivered. Called the store, and the manager did offer to give me a credit that I would have to call in to use ( can't be used on the app for another location) or to remake my wings. After a long day of traveling, I just took jt as a loss on my end and will not be using this pizza hut again for delivery when I travel to this area.Update went to eat my pizza, and it has 0 sauce when it was supposed to have sauce on it. I can now see when this Pizza Hut has a 3.3 google rating and why none of the comments have responses to them by the management. Complete trash.

The workers were extremely unfriendly and one girl was talking badly about another customer as I was standing at the counter. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged and another 30 for food. I probably won’t be back.

Called three times and put on hold for over 4:00 each time before hanging up. They answered the phone and pushed hold without saying a word. Terrible customer service!

I wish I could give zero stars. Worst pizza I have ever had. Sad thing is that I love Pizza Hut and usually get the same order from different locations around the country. This one however was undercooked and the ingredients tasted sour. That was a waste of money!!

Ordered a stuffed crust with wings and bread sticks at 10:41 pm. Waited and called around 11:30 and was told my pizza should be there in a few minutes and was late due to having one driver at the time. Called again at 1AM and had to be issued a refund because apparently my pizza was "delivered" but nobody bothered to contact me whatsoever and nobody knocked on our door. I never received my pizza and will not be ordering from this location ever again and would not recommend. Very disappointed.

I went here two days ago and ordered a Family Dinner Box. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, so we got there 20 minutes later. Got there, she said she was waiting on wings. Proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes all the while the Pizza Dinner Box was sitting on top of the Oven. Some girl came from the back, looked at the receipt and said "oh this is yours". Got home, there was hardly any buffalo sauce on the wings. The Marinara sauce was 1/4 filled. The breadsticks and Pizza was cold. When my mom called to complain, they were rude and tried to deflect blame onto the other workers. Was told I was going to be refunded money and nothing was ever refunded.If I could give a 0 star I would. Do. Not. Order. From. This. Place.
