I walked in and ordered in person. I ordered a burger and beans to go. It took 45 minutes to get my food. There was no sorry no gift card or acknowledgement of any kind for the long wait. It will be a very long time before I try it again if ever.

I got the muscle burger. Surprisingly juicy and flavorful. Most better for you food comes off plain. Love the menu. Lots of options with macros for everything so you can pick and choose what's best for your specific diet. Friendly staff as well. Would recommend!

Customer service is terrible. If something happens to be wrong with your order don't even bother saying anything because they don't want to hear about it. Save your money and make this food at home. BurningMan and the Titan wellness shots 100%

Really enjoy this place just have to say there are essentially two different possible outcomes. 1: If the owner is working it’s 5/5. Everything is faster and tastes better. 2: When the owner is out the kids running the place overcook the food, give way smaller portions, and the wait honestly is terrible. Still recommending trying it out. Just know it’s hit and miss.

I was looking for a healthy option for lunch while doing work in Bismarck and ran across this place. I got the Thai Monster Bowl and it was spectacular. Steak was cooked to medium rare perfection and all the veggies were fresh. That peanut sauce…..yessir!!!Minot needs a place like this.

So nice to have healthy options in Bismarck! Can’t wait to come back for the juice and smoothies. Place was clean. Food was prepared well. I had a salmon bowl and my piece of fish was large. Avocado on my bowl was forgotten but quickly fixed by the staff. I am familiar with Protein House being from Phoenix and am so grateful it’s here!

Had a $60 order they forgot my $12 drink. Got a refund from Uber and spoke to the driver, he said they only gave him one drink. It’s my first time ordering from there next time will definitely pick up.
The shakes were amazing, and we didn't have to wait long!

We have used it twice. Once was for carry out. The food was good but expensive. We then went there after working out one evening. The credit card prompted a tip at ordering, always a neg, but I selected the lowest, 15%; figuring the food would be brought to us and the plates taken away. We were wrong. We had to pick our orders up from some kid who yelled out our number. My steak wrap was horrid. A few pieces of meat, way too much dough, an over cooked egg, and a small dab of Avocado smashed on one end. Also, be warned, if you pay with a credit card they up charge 3%. The owners go to Temptation Resort in Cancun where nights are $500 a night. They can afford to eat that 3%. Never going back. Also… we had to bus and clean our own table, what was the tip for?

Such a great asset to the Bismarck community! I've loved everything I've tried so far including the bowls, breakfast sandwich, and avocado toast! They cook everything fresh, so either order ahead or don't be in a rush. A must-try!
