This is a favorite place for me. I've been dining at this location since it opened in the early '90s. The service is great nearly every visit and the food is prepared how you'd like it. The management is also great at making your visit right so if there are any issues with your visit, please let them know. Also, see if Roger is serving because he can make your visit even better. Service was super slow (took almost an hour to get our food after we ordered). Our server was a bit forgetful and slow about bringing us things. We also had a whole bunch of food under our table (orange slices, biscuits and other things ?). Was also very surprised and upset at the very, very limited menu. Probably will not be coming back for a while, if at all.

The staff has always been a big part of the visit. So, I'm always happy with them. The food is outstanding...regardless of what you order. Nice hot, and fully cooked upon receipt. Our tummies are full when we leave.

You have changed your menu. We could not get our usual. My husband is allergic to shrimp and could not get his crab linguine. also you do not have your create your own anymore. There were lots of options and you could choose 2 to 3 with a nice variety. you had an ultimate feast that was $43 for four options. It did not have the items we usually chose on the create your own, we usually eat at red lobster 3 to 4 times a year but do not feel there is a need to go back. You also only offer one side instead of two like you did in the past. We basically ordered a couple appetizers instead of meals.

It's our first time in Bismarck my family and I decided to stop by and check out the Red lobster here. I gotta say your food was fantastic although it took a little longer to get served but still it was amazing and our server was fabulous I'm sorry I couldn't remember his name but I wanted to thank you for going out of your way to bring my little one her ice cream asap when she started getting bored. Which motivated us to visit your restaurant 2 more times it was a bummer we didn't get you as our server the last 2 days. As for the price hell I wouldn't regret spending over 300 dollars for your food and service. We will definitely visit again before we leave town.

It is difficult to get good seafood in the middle of the continent, but Red Lobster provides an option -- not a great option; but an option. The food is okay but the prices are really high. The service was good. However, for having "Lobster" in their name, they definitely do NOT know how to prepare it. The lobster was tough and rubbery; definitely not worth the price they charged for it.I think I will save enough money from NOT going to Red Lobster a few times to afford a trip to the coast to get good seafood. I do not recommend this restaurant.
