The pizzas are amazing and they always make sure we get it they way we love it. They are so patient even if the kids are all trying to order at once. “I stopped in here on my way through town with a group. The rest of the group ended up at 5 guys or Jimmy John's in the same strip mall, but I was looking for a lighter, fresher option. I stopped here after seeing the sign about their lunch options. I got the charcuterie lunch box and it was SO GOOD! Everything was fresh and delicious. There was A LOT in the box. As I finished one part of it, there was more underneath! Fresh fruit and veggies, chocolate covered strawberry, summer sausage, crackers, cheese, and ham and pickle wraps. I couldn't finish it all in one sitting! The owner said they just started lunch offerings and asked about the price. I think the price is great for how much you get and how clearly fresh everything was. I'll make a point to stop by again next time I'm in Bismarck!“
“Relatively good food at a reasonable price. The only downside was the steak I wanted was not available (people must like the meal I wanted to order and they were out ?). I'm not too picky, so I was fine with fish. It wasn't too busy at 3pm on a weekday. My father in law commented on the large portions and I agree. You will leave full with the Italian bread sticks they offer and soup, if you order that as an appetizer or side. I wouldn't describe the service as exceptional, but it wasn't subpar either. “I got the muscle burger. Surprisingly juicy and flavorful. Most better for you food comes off plain. Love the menu. Lots of options with macros for everything so you can pick and choose what's best for your specific diet. Friendly staff as well. Would recommend!“
“What an amazing local restaurant! I can't understand why any reviews would be less than 5 stars.From the drinks to the cheese curds appetizer-on to our main courses Chicken Marsala and Cajun Chicken Alfredo then on to our tasty dessert Bread Pudding! The cheese curds were so flaky and melt in your mouth-the two main course items we got were UNBELIEVABLE in house sauce and what had to be hand made alfredo noodle's- then real caramel sauce with the bread pudding ? The staff was so nice and it was a busy Sunday Afternoon but the delivery was on point we didn't find ourselves waiting long for anything. Our server Kenzie was great and the Manager Chris was so friendly checking on everything to make sure it was perfect.The Tavern will be a regular stop and my new favorite Bismarck restaurant!!!
