Every single time me and my boyfriend go here. We have the BEST experience. We really enjoy this one worker who makes our experience fantastic. I keep forgetting to read his name tag but the receipt says #999997 (idk if that's actually him) but he is the absolute best. He is amazing. He should be given a raise. He puts love in our food and it tastes amazing. We go here everytime and look for him!
Overall the staff was great! Making the experience much better. A little small talk, joking with my 8yr old, and being patient as she ordered her own food. We had a decent size order, all made exactly how we ordered. The bread was drier than usual, that's really the only semi-conplaint!?

Absolutely zero care for food safety whatsoever. I witnessed employees on their phone next to their makeline. Employees put phones away just to not wash their hands. When was the last time you cleaned your phone? When i walk in the employees look at me like a deer in headlights. I ask for a signature sandwich and they dont know their own signature sandwiches. They also left my sandwich in the toaster for far too long even when the oven beeped after it was done, but i guess my...read full review
