Aweful customer service. Did not include items from our order. Then when I called demanded I return to get a refund for food I paid for BUT DID NOT RECEIVE. Then when I asked for a manager the lady said she was one and hung up on me. I am driving away I cannot come back, especially in the 24 hour timeframe she gave me to return to get a refund for food they didn’t give me in the first place. Just downright stealing at this point.

I've tried going here for lunch multiple times and the wait time is ridiculous. In addition to that they have messed up my order at least 50% of the time. The service isn't great either. When you pull up to the drive through, you'll sit there sometimes for 5 minutes before someone acknowledges you're actually there. I have witnessed multiple people drive off because they couldn't stand the wait time. Now if I want Taco Bell I drive another 2 miles to the Washington Street location, way faster and better service there.

We went through the drive through at the Bismarck ND Road Island location. Not only did all three of our $5 deal box meals not come in a box, some food not even wrapped fully. The staff was short with us, the food was cold and half way put together. Very unsatisfied and disappointed in this location.

Food is ok. Takes a while before I give them another chance. Service seems to get worse. Manager was gone. They didn't even have change to give money back so they ask for people to donate for their "schooling." Their employees either usually have an attitude or don't know what they're doing. But the one by Walmart at least doesn't have stale tortillas for Mexican pizza. One on Washington still has disgusting stale tortillas and they don't do anything about it when being told. Very disappointed, don't recommend.

The lobby full of people should have been my clue, but after I ordered and paid, angry people, some in of whom said they'd been waiting an hour, started speaking up. I gave up after 25 minutes and left my $5.24 behind with no food

I can understand slow service due to labor shortages. I am also empathetic when there is an issue with an order. We are all prone to making mistakes. However, what I am unable to accept is when an employee mocks a customer for no reason other than to pass time at their workplace or impress a co-worker. My family will never return to this location.
