2/21/24 9:15 pm Baconator was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were cold. Worst of all Frosty was melted. These people should be ashamed of themselves for serving this garbage.

It is a very long wait here and they don’t flip the breakfast signs at all, so it’s a guessing game unless you bring the menu up on your phone. Every blue moon they’ll have a manager at the window to keep the peace but if you want poor customer service then stop on by.

The food was ok the last couple times we went. We went in the evening and they weren't busy. It tooked longer than expected to get our order and the food was cold when we received. I like onions although I had three or more in every bite, a little much..Normally it doesn't feel like we are rushed through the driver through at the offering window but maybe it's because when I go alone and know what I want. A simple asking in a non rushing voice is there anything else I can help you with would be great. We just ordered 3 biggie meals so it didn't take long to order anyways.Ps. I have came during the lunch hours and it was a much better experience with having warm food and well balanced veggies within my burger. I would go back although would recommend to go but maybe when they appear busier.

1 of the burgers had a hair in it! So gross! The burgers were cold. My burger had so much mayo and ketchup it was dripping all over my hands. The bacon was like leather I could barely chew it. The place was dead and now I know why!

Stopped here in June 2016 while travelling from Saskatchewan to Ontario. Sometimes I think about how fresh the beef was here. Wendy’s in North Dakota just hits different. There’s a 100% I’ll never be back in Bismarck, but man I’ll be 95 years old in a nursing home occasionally thinking about this freshness of the Wendy’s in Bismarck, ND.

It's pretty hit or miss. I usually go through the drive through. One day, I could tell the rep was so over being there. Not the voice I wanted to hear when ordering my food after a long day. The next day, a different rep was super chill and laid back. When I got to the window, he was polite and friendly. I haven't had many issues with the food recently, but it's not always consistent.Recently I've had several issues with online ordering. Both times, my order seemed to have not been received by the store. I used the online contact, but it's been three weeks with no resolution. I used to work food service, and we would occasionally disable phones if we were backed up or short staffed, so I get it. But I ordered food and never received it, yet my money was taken and not returned.I recommend getting your food in person (lobby or drive through) and checking your order before leaving. I don't recommend using the online ordering system at this time (I used the website, not the app; not sure if it makes a difference) since there is no way to track it to make sure it's been received and is being fulfilled.

Employees did not acknowledge me being at the register. Employee who was supposed to be at register was mia. no one else said anything to me at all. Wrong sandwich was ordered. ☹️Very unfriendly and unprofessional.

If your thinking of going here, just don’t. I’ve never had such horrible customer service! The gentleman at the window was so rude and wouldn’t say one word to us and had a horrible attitude. Practically threw our food at us and we were the only car in the line so they were not busy. This Wendy’s has been going downhill for awhile now but this was the worst.UPDATE: changed food rating to one star, I found a big long hair stuck in the ketchup in my hamburger and my husbands fries were like raw potatoes.
