Really gone downhill. Went for lunch with the kids today. Won't come back for a long time. Kids went out to the vehicle 20 minutes ago and I'm still waiting to bee able to pay. Our empty appetizer plates were never cleared, our meals were soggy and bland, two of my children who had blue lemonade got blue mountain dew refills they don't drink soda. I'm saddened because there's not many options and now one less.

Really surprised by the food. Ordered a classis combo appetizer wings were dry no flavor except BBQ sauce. Tasted like cardboard. Tortilla chips tasted stale. Just a bad day I guess for the restaurant. Not a good experience with Applebee's.

I was so hungry I had (2) for $25. I had steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Also had grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli. both of the meals were cooked to perfection, just saying. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. My waitress was awesome, in point, quick service even though they were getting busy. Everyone was working together, I'm very pleased, and will definitely be returning for another great meal. Thanks again for your team work and great service.

Every time we come here it is worse and worse. The smell of filth and grease as you walk in, food and dust all over, staff all looks like they don't own a shower, hair and food on table, asked to hostess to clean it off. She got lost and we ended up leaving. Nasty. Get some pride!

It’s interesting if your not white or black you don’t get service in this place. Two separate visit I was ignored. I am sure if I were to yell yes-haw or other things would b get to g service. The phone says two minute wait time but no one is by the phones unless someone is waiting the workers and manager Austin just chatting it with sticks trying to laid

Very hit or miss. We like to give restaurants many attempts before we quit going. This one has been black listed a couple times for months at a time. We return to give it a shot and night get one decent plate out of 6 or 7 and rarely does everyone get a solid meal. In addition drinks are very hit or miss sometimes not even the appropriate alcohol in the mix. It's overall a poor choice.

Applebee's has been excellent at providing consistent great food in an exceptionally quick manner while providing exceptional customer service. This place has earned a 5 star rating! The entire team is amazing! Eric, Lady, Ray, Trinity, Brandon, Joey, and everyone else on this incredible team work hard to take great care of this community by providing a great place to go out to eat! I highly recommend this place.
Waitress started out very rude, asked some questions about something for a kids meal got snippy about instantly. After we got our food she disappeared for the entire duration of our stay until we got up to find a different server to bring us our bill when she came in from outside. We have always really enjoyed eating there but this was outside of acceptable and the food really wasn't that good either unfortunately.

Thought I would hop on here as my brother, Tyler, forgot to mention his experience tonight. He would like to say that it sure was a delightful meal! He had the bourbon Swiss mushroom burger. We were surprised by this choice as our dad gets heartburn from eating mushrooms. Tyler did not show any symptoms of heartburn. Must be those Sommerfeldt genes. Super happy that I made the choice to come here (it was 100% my choice).
