This location is the worst ive ever seen, the service is so slow and rude when you ask for anything, they roll their eyes at you for no reason, when you ask for sauce they never give it to you, you have to go back and ask for it again,if you order on door dash they only get half of it right, the blond hair manager walks by you if your standing at the counter waiting to be served, their food is cold 75% of the time no matter what you get. If you go inside they never ask what size drink you want. They very rarely ask what side you want. They will finish your order even if your not done ordering. The kernal would be ashamed of this place!!

Dirty restaurant, laccadaisical personnel. Doors locked whenever the lazy gits decide they're done for the day...as early as 3 hours prior. They smirk at your confusion when you get to the locked doors. Fastest I've ever received my order here was 20 minutes in the drive through. Standard wait is 40 minutes, lobby or drive through. In 15 years working the oil field, I have met 2 people here who gave a damn. How this location remains open is quite beyond my comprehension.

Stopped in traveling through. We were greeted, however since we didn’t order fast enough manager and rest of employees worked the drive through and kept ignoring us. We and six other customers walked out.Unbelievable customer service!

We stopped going to kfc a few years ago cause the quality of chicken declined, but recently went to the kfc in Dickinson and have to admit it's back to AMAZING taste and great service congratulations to management hiring great employees that do a great job !!!

As a former employee over 6 years ago I’ve seen the best and worst of a lot of restaurants in the area! But the biggest issue I see is when a restaurant is forced to hire help that should otherwise not be there because the rest of the world refuses to work I hardly blame a restaurant for resorting to keeping employees who should otherwise be unemployed! Yes there is issues there at KFC but there’s also issues at any other store or restaurant, if you want a place to improve then instead of writing a bad review and doing nothing how about getting a job and help fix the problem instead of being part of it?Parking: Clean with a place to eat outside!
I’m not sure why this location is always closing early but I’m a manager at a different restaurant and if we close our store early there’s always some type of punishment and I’m sorry but is y’all can’t get your stuff straight you need to start firing some people and also not to mention that the staff is always rude. how many bad reviews until y’all close? ?

A well earned one star all around. Their menu board is missing a huge chunk so there's no tenders listed. My wife got her classic chicken sandwich and a large root beer. Chicken was tough as leather but root beer was cold. I said I wanted an 8 piece tender, fries, and a drink. Girl asks in a meal. I said yeah, I guess. Can I get a diet with that? She said it doesn't come with a drink. Oh. When we get to the window it's $41 and they hand us a huge bag of food. Instead of the fries and drink I wanted, I got a whole family meal which was the tenders (that were not tender) mashed potatoes, gravy, and cole slaw. Biggest insult, the meal was supposed include 4 biscuits and they FORGOT THEM!!! Whoever the franchisee is just needs to tear it down and start over. Seriously horrible experience!!

Every time I come here, I either get food poisoning or nothing because they are out of chicken againAlso, if you don't see photos in this review, there is no chicken, that's whyDietary restrictions: I got food poisoning from the unsanitary chicken and if you don't get it, you don't get any at all
