Lowered expectations. You already don’t expect a lot if you’re ordering Little Caesar’s but this location lowers the bar. Don’t expect service, food quality or the obligatory “hot and ready” menu, that’s just a suggestion for this franchise. They don’t open the drive thru, don’t answer the phone for orders and treat you like a problem if you have the audacity to ask what’s available per the advertised menu to avoid long wait times in store. There’s a reason this is the only one in town and I haven’t been there for more than a year. Spend the extra $5 and get something better, ANYTHING from anywhere else is better.

The entire time you are inside the store, music is blaring at the maximum level and employees are too busy yelling at each other to acknowledge customers. It's also probably hard for them to hear with the music so loud. Waited to simply order for 15mins just standing inside and saw 3 different employees come out of the break room at one time while there were only 2 others in the back actually working. The customer service is just absolute trash. I really hope you guys read your reviews. It's very hard to find a good one.
