I go here almost daily... at least I did. Today I tried ordering through their app for the 1st time. I got there, and no one acknowledged me. When I did finally get someone's attention, they said that the app wasn't working right, and they didn't know what to do. Then he went back to doing what he was doing. Customer service was nice, the preparation was not. They straight up didn't wrap one of my tacos in paper nor my shell's ingredients in its tortilla. The result was a ton of ingredients all over the bag. Lousy work.
