March 5th 2023. at a little after 8 it was me my wife, and 2. kidsMy experience was crap, came in with no help once I tried talking to the lady and getting some help after being blown off twice. I get our ice creams and paid 65 dollars for 4 ice creams, once in a while is not terrible. But I forgot hot fudge to put on my ice cream, I asked the lady if I could put some on she said no she had already weighed it, I asked her if I could just buy some on the side, she said no.I won't be coming back to this place, ridiculously expensive then to be rude on top. Hot fudge must be made of gold. Even after I offered to pay for it.

Was delicious but the experience was underwhelming. Way to expensive. Never have lids for the larger size. And asking for a tip the the register when offering no customer service is unacceptable.

4 smaller sized frozen yogurts and paid almost $80! That seems a bit much, not to mention the woman in front got 4 bigger sizes and paid half what we did. Post your prices when you know people are going to be shocked when they get up to pay for! .99 cents an ounce is ridiculous!

You need a sign of your prices. For 4 frozen yogurts it cost me almost $80! Seriously!? I never would have eaten there had prices been displayed! Kind of a rip-off to me..it wasn't all that good either.

Lots of great choices on the frozen yogurt as well as the toppings. Loved that they had a few different dairy free options as well! The shop was really clean. My only negative is it's really pricey compared to other frozen yogurt shops I've been to.

This place was delicious except wayyyyy too inflated prices. 2 cups that were 1/3 full was $26. That would have been $16 in California. If someone from California says that's too expensive... it probably is.

Waaaaaaaayyy to expensiveWas not bad but my wallet said ouch after we paid. ?

Extremely expensive for what you get. Half a cup of ice cream with just a few spoon fulls of toppings can we well over $15. Do not recommend.

If you're not open you should leave your door locked. Nothing like getting your young child excited for froyo then having to make them leave without any.

Crazy expensive and not really that good.

I appreciate the challenges small business owners face to break even and make a profit; but Yum Froyo & More was an outright fleecing of consumer experience. If prices were published, we sure didn’t see them; the greeting and the employee explanation of the self-serve process did not include prices. So when we were told our two medium frozen yogurt cups cost $28 ( $9 for my not even half filled cup; and $17 for my spouse’s), I asked for clarification and learned they charge $1 per ounce. I watched other customers’s reactions at the cash register and saw we weren’t the only ones shocked by the prices.
