The employees here are always working hard & are very polite & accommodating. Their efforts are appreciated! I wish the dipped cones looked alot better though but maybe the person is just learning how to shape them & dip them. Keep up the awesome work Dairy Queen!
It shouldn't take 20 mins in drive-thru when your the only vehicle there...once I understand. Twice maybe. Every single time. You can see through the window nobody does anything. There is one person that cooks and the rest will stand there like it a union hall. There is no leadership or cross training to speak of from just observation...This use to be and could be a great place again if someone was hired to train and manage these kids alot better....so sad ? I like dairy queen...read full review

They did a good job. Food was good, correct and complete. The under side of the table was sticky but I just grabbed a paper towel from the bathroom and took care of it. We go there on occasion and usually get a good experience. The cook greeted me as well as counter person.
