The employees were awesome.I was even joking with them about Arby's wonderful and Amazing Horsy Sauce.The fish sandwich was delicious and my fries were delicious dipped in my Horsy Sauce.

Stopped for the 2 fish sandwiches for lunch, wasn't that busy but there were people standing in line with the wrong food, people working the counter that couldn't understand English and very unknowable.

You microwaved my “market fresh” sandwich. Last time I came, you said you took cash only after I got to the window. When I go inside the floors are always sticky. After the 2020 pandemic, businesses everywhere have just taken a nose dive.

I got the 2 for 7$ special with the beef and cheddar, and fish and cheddar. Both sandwiches delivered in flavor. Fries on point as well. Long live Arby's Horsey Sauce!
Waited over 45 minutes for our meal. Found out we still needed to wait longer. I asked for a refund because I had to leave to pick up one of my kids. They said no. I spent over $30 for food that I didn’t even get after waiting for 45 minutes at fast food restaurant. Would not recommend stay away .

How hard is it to get an order right???Ordered Roast Beef got the Greek. Again!!When trying to fix the order, the server was very rude and short. They just renovated this restaurant but the service is still awful. And really why even put a tomato on if it looks like this.
