Can not do an order over the phone. You must use an app, this is a 50/50 if it will be accepted or not. I’ve had multiple orders through door dash and their website accepted, then 5 minutes later cancelled by store. When you call, they will guide you back online to do the process. Not user friendly, and customer service is lacking.

What's normally a good experience was terrible this time around. I spent $25 on two waffles and only received one. When placing the order I specifically told the cashier to exclude bacon bits, however that was not adhered to. Upon waiting for the replacement order, an employee strolled in went back to the kitchen and made the exact same waffle that I had been waiting at least 10 mins for! After another 10 mins of waiting, we finally grew tired and asked for a refund. When I had asked the lady how she was able to get the same exact waffle that I was waiting for, the first words out of her mouth was that she worked there. So there's no care for a paying customer? But if you're an employee there, you get priority? I guess customers no longer matter at this place. Highly disappointed.

Last time we tried going here, we walked in the door, and the person at the register yelled at the line that there would be a 30-40 min wait for food. We left that day since we didn't have time to wait, but we were excited to go back and finally try it this morning. We got there at maybe 10:30, and it really didn't take that long to get through the line. We found a dirty table to sit at (grabage bin overflowing) and got our coffees within maybe 10 mins. We sat there waiting for our food for almost TWO HOURS. Even asked someone to check on our order, and that got us nowhere. WE NEVER GOT OUR FOOD. We got a full refund and left. We were also given two free waffle tickets for next time, but I don't think there will be one. How a restaurant that's been in business for so long can have a kitchen that's so disorganized and slow is beyond me. I REALLY wanted to like this place, but I'm so angry that we wasted our time.

AVOID!!!!We ordered a plain black coffee and a caramel latte. We waited 45 minutes.Terrible service, dishes piled up, no smiles and not a welcoming environment.I would suggest going elsewhere.I ended up asking for a refund.

I ordered 4 waffles for delivery, 2 strawberry cheesecake and 2 loaded potato. My delivery contained only one of each. Funny part was that they had refunded me for the missing 2 waffles before it was even delivered. So they KNEW they did not make the order right, and instead of making the order right they just sent what they had made. This is the most unprofessional, lackluster restaurant I’ve had the displeasure of ordering from. They have zero customer service, and do NOT care if they screw your order up. I don’t understand how they can treat their customers like garbage constantly and think they are a good establishment. I never leave reviews, but this place is so bad at taking care of the people who spend their money here it was warranted.

I don’t write reviews often and I do hate complaining. However, when I brought up my concerns with the staff and was met with apathy and no desire to make things right or even ask about it I do want others to be informed before choosing to come here. We came for Sunday brunch and it is very understaffed. Waited 50 minutes for our 3 waffles. We ordered a make your own waffle and clarified “marshmallows not marshmallow cream” 3 times. We got marshmallow cream. We also ordered the one bad pig and the description on their sign (1/4” slice of ham) and also the online photos was different than what we received. The third waffle we ordered was the loaded potato and we all enjoyed that. Disappointed with the overall experience and we will not come back again.

Was excited to try something new, the location is great, cool inside, seems like somewhere cool to hang out for breakfast. We expected a little more expensive for waffles, but were excited for the experience.However, service was awful, out of our group of 4, 2 waffles took over 20min from ordering and were served cold. I understand it was a weekend, and it can be busy, but being rude on top of untimely service with cold expensive waffles.. not impressed.

A wonderful and friendly staff is overwhelmed on a typical Saturday. Sticky tables, slow service, frozen butter for $1 on a luke warm waffle, basics of preparation lacking (napkins, cutlery, running out of coffee) . Owners take note….Your team is great but you need to staff for peak times. Waffles are ok (chewy rather than fluffy and crispy but some may prefer that).

The service was slow (waited a minimum of 25 min for the waffles and they had no black coffee ready),we didn’t get the correct order, and we were told they were out of certain ingredients, but the table right next us got what we were told they were out of… very poor

It takes a lot for a gen z to go out of their way to write a bad review on Google, but this experience was bad. I’ve had similar experiences before here with the customer service being rude but decided to give it another chance.This time food was alright, but I waited the entire time while eating for my coffee, not the first time this has happened. When I finished eating, I went up to the bar to ask for it but was completely ignored by the barista who was busy wiping off table numbers.The barista was only making half of the drinks for the cafe, juices only and ignoring the coffee orders. The manager eventually came out (ignored me standing at the bar too) and told them that they needed to make coffee orders as well.At this point I was over it and just wanted out of there as I could probably get better coffee and service somewhere else. The only person working that noticed me and helped me was a back of house worker who was super helpful and sided with me, and tried to get me help.However, when I was wanting to explain that I didn’t want my coffee anymore just a refund, the manager simply ignored me until the coffee was made, and then told me to just take the coffee because it was already there. I had to honestly argue for a bit, but the back of house worker was on my side thankfully, I hated the whole situation because I felt like a Karen but I didn’t know what else to do.I felt so bad about the whole thing especially since I was a barista and shift supervisor myself for 5 years and I get it, but honestly I would have never handled the situation this way if it had been me.If you have read all this, please. Just stay away from here. It’s not worth it. Like I said, it takes a lot for a gen z to take the time to write all this out.

I normally never go to a place that has less than 4 stars, but my kids were so excited about ordering the waffles, we decided to give it a go. I don't know if they are normally this brutally understaffed, but when we arrived all the tables were full. The trash was overflowing and people had started to pile trash on the table around the trashcan. We ordered and then waited about 10 minutes for a table. After 30 minutes of waiting for our food, I finally went to the counter and asked how much longer it would be, and they said at least 30 minutes. We had an infant, a 4 year-old and a 6 year-old with us and a 2 hour drive ahead of us, so we decided to ask to cancel our order and get a refund. To their credit, they were forthright about the wait and apologetic. I believe we weren’t the only ones considering leaving at the time. I don’t blame the employees of course, but I also wouldn’t recommend trying here unless you have a lot of time to spare. I’ve cooked in and managed back of house in restaurants so I don’t mind a wait, but an hour for a few waffles is pretty unreasonable.
