I went here to pick up a doordash order and the lobby was closed so i went through the drive through and the dude was like “You have to come into the lobby. It’s called doordash not go through the drive through dash” The punch line just didn’t hit. and the delivery was terrible. his set needs work.

Ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich. The bacon was uncooked, not undercooked, uncooked. Very disgusting. I think the health department should inspect this

This has not been the first time where I have waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes. This time however, after waiting in the line, the voice that came through the speaker was very crackly, so I couldn't understand what they said. I was going to start my order when the woman stopped me and yelled, " I said I will be with you in a minute!" I then apologized and said that I didn't know, because I couldn't understand her first response to me.After that reaction I didn't want to chance anything, so I just backed out of the drive through and went somewhere else.I understand having a bad day in the service industry, because I have been there myself, but I also have never taken that anger out on a customer.

My experience at Burger King was extremely disappointing. The cashier's behavior was unprofessional and rude. When I asked her to repeat herself because I didn't understand her question, she started yelling at me, making the situation uncomfortable and embarrassing. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and this incident was far from that. I hope the management addresses the issue and trains their staff to provide better customer service in the future. As of now, I cannot recommend Burger King based on this negative encounter.

Want to place an order to, took a long time gor them to be ready. When they did take the order they were quick and short and rude. The food was undercooked and soggy the fries were cold. There was black stuff all over the sandwich buns. When try to correct the order they were rude and said that that's not what we ordered. Glass broken by front door.

Stopped to pick up a quick breakfast before work at around 6:15, and waited for 4-5 mins in the drive-though with no greeting/no order taken. The lights were on, I saw a manager in the store, so I pulled up to the window where now the lights are dimmed. I look and see the manager by some back room with a light on; looking right at me!!! This lady still had no decency to approached the window to either take my order or apologize for any inconvenience. I drove away very disappointed pregnant lady. I wasted my time trying to get something to eat before my shift at the nursing home.Poor customer service. I wouldn't suggest wasting your time in the morning going to this location.

The black guys in the evening shift are shady and shabby. Very rude and used hands for the nuggets and fries. Threw it in the trash right after. This establishment is going to close soon and these brothers gonna be homeless because of their own attitude. Have it your own way brothers!

Ordered first time via the app. Showed up about 20min later and waited for less than five minutes. Got a BK hat. The lady and gentleman waiting on me in the drive thru were awesome. Nice work Burger King! Thanks

Absolutely terrible. Lobby was locked so went through drive thru. Had to fold my mirrors in just to go through the drive thru. Person taking order was rude. Was told the sandwich I wanted that I saw on the menu didn't exist. Burgers were old and dry. Fries were soggy and cold. Chicken sandwiches were old, not crispy and felt like leather. Didn't even eat the food. Went somewhere else.Parking: Pot holes everywhere

The incredibly polite lady with the southern accent provided the best customer service Ive ever received from any bk establishment, not just them either but even all the fast food(drive threw) establishment in the Fargo Moorhead area, she, hands down definitely provided the best customer serrvice . It's fast, reliable and clean. Using the touch screen to order is easy but takes a few times before you're comfortable with it. The dining room has plenty of seating and they have booths, table, window tables and even high chair tables.

Horrible service at the drive through...asked to wait to order twice...finally was ordering for the 3rd time...and was told to wait again to order...in the middle of the order...backed out of the drive thru and went to McDonald's. Was in and out of the drive thru in minutes...you suck 19th Avenue north burger king.

Worst service and food ever. Waited a half hour with no cars in front of me at the drive thru. My burger was ice cold, onion rings were old and cold, and my chicken nuggets were cooked fresh and hot on the outside and cold in the middle. This place should be shut down.

Couldn't eat here because they didn't answer the drive thru. We got out from a concert a d were hungry but couldn't order. Waited 10 mins before driving off. While driving thru there was a guy in the window with a cigarette in his mouth. Yea won't even try it again. Thankfully another BK across town was tentative to us
