It's a nice place. The staff was friendly, but it's a small area. When it's busy there's a wait to play games and it's hard to move around.

Well honestly I was very disappointed with them today it took an hour to get cheese pizza not only that when we got our pizza it was really burnt also some of the games didn't work properly it would take your cars and use your points but not function like it's suppose to all that a side it should have never taken an hour to get the pizza and burnt ???

Service was super slow. Overpriced for what we got. Game winnings were terrible. For the amount I spent on games, my kids walked out with some small cheap plastic toys. Not worth my money. Will not be back.

Don't go here. "I GOT FOOD POISONING" I just had the worst pain in my life. I will never let my kid go here again. Besides that the staff are lazy and don't seem to care about anything but a paycheck. Just go to space aliens or pizza

We haven’t been since the upgrade and we were all very impressed. The MOD was very nice and helpful, the employees were also very friendly and fast. We dropped an entire large pizza on accident and they were quick to replace and clean up, we received the same pizza free of charge. All games were working and the restrooms were all very clean. We will be back when we make it to Fargo again, we live about an hour away. 8 ppl were with us . We had 4 large pizzas drinks and played all the games. Had a fun time !Kid-friendliness: The mouse came out and took pics and made his rounds with the kids !

Chuck E Cheese was fun. The younger kids enjoy hanging out with the mouse and everyone enjoys the games and rides for the younger ones. The pizza was pretty good. I do like birthdays there because it's very low maintenance. They provide the food and set up and clean up. That convenience does come at a price though.

We always stop in to Chuck e. Cheese when we are in Fargo. It's such a great place for kids and even adults, the time cards are great for us. The service is excellent and the games are always working and it's a very clean establishment
We had my daughter's 5th birthday party here. She had a blast. Our party host, Katie, was great. However, I felt that she was being pulled in many directions and there were a lot of issues that she apologized for but they were not her fault. It was busy and seemed understaffed, though later two girls helped us get Dippin Dots and they were less than friendly or enthused. It seemed like Katie had to run around doing a lot and that kept our party from running on time.

Ordered table service qr code for just fries and a soda. The email receipt said about 25 minutes they'll bring it out. Waited about 35 minutes and asked the person who is now at the counter if it's been made yet even. Turns out the foreign lady was standing around just looking at the receipt for a half hour and never brought it to the kitchen to be made! I was refunded cash for my purchase because the family was all getting ready to leave. Grateful the employee that spoke English was understanding and got her manager for me.

UPDATE: As of January 2023: I have been back after hearing about the remodel. This location has improved in many ways but still needs some work. The pizza tastes better and most of the games work but it’s still disappointing to see so many games out of commission. If I had to guess I’d say there were about 30+ games to play but about 7 of them were faulty or outright broken and didn’t have any signs to let people know they were broken, so you’re gonna waste some money on these machines in your first runaround. The remodel looks great though, and they had a Chuck E. Cheese mascot come out periodically to dance with the kids which was fun and exciting for my son. I plan on visiting again!(original review)Overpriced garbage! The pizza tasted cheaper than a frozen Totino's pizza that you can buy from Walmart and almost all the games were broken or dirty. The only two reasons to go to a Chuck E. Cheese are completely pointless here. Don't waste your time or money and take your kids somewhere better like Space Aliens.
